Manthra  to pray to  earth

”ஓம் ஹ்ரீம் ஸ்ரீம் கிலீம் வசுதாயை ஸ்வாஹா” 

“Om  Hreem Sreem  Kleem  vasudhayai  Swaha”

Dhyanam

வெள்ளைத் தாமரை நிறமும்,

 சரத்காலச் சந்திரன் போன்ற முகமும்

சந்தனம் பூசப்பட்ட சர்வாங்கமும் உடையவளாக

நவமணிகளால் அலங்கரிப்பட்டு

நெருப்பிலான தூய்மையான ஆடைகளை அணிந்து

புன்னகையுடன் தோன்றும் பூதேவியே உன்னை நமஸ்கரிக்கின்றேன்

 

Vellai  thamarai niramum

SArath  kala chandran poal  mukavum

Chandanam  poosapetta  sarvangavum  udayavalaaka

Nava  manikalaal  alangarikkapattu,

Neruppilaana   thooimayaana  udaikalai  aninthu

Punnagayudan   thondrum Bhoodeviye

Unnai  namaskarikkiren

 

With the  colour  of  white  lotus flower,

With face  like  the moon of Autumn   season

Whose all limbs  have  been applied  by  sandal

Who is  decorated  by  the  navarathnas(Nine  type of gems)

Who wears the pure  dresses  made of fire

Oh Goddess  earth  who appears  with a smile

I am  saluting you

ஜலத்தை அளிப்பவளே, நீரின் சொரூபமாக இருப்பவளே,

 நீருக்கு ஆதாரமாக இருபவளே, நீரைப் பரிசுத்தம் செய்பவளே,

 வராஹ மூர்த்தியின் பத்தினியே,

எனக்கு வெற்றியைத் தருவாய்,

 நலன்களை அளிப்பாய்,

 

Jalathai  alippavale , neerin  swaroopamaaka   iruppavale

Neerukku   aadharamaaka  iruppavale, neerai  parisudham  cheibavale

Varaha moorthiyin pathiniye,

Yenakku  vetriyai  tharuvai

Nalankalai   alippai

 

Oh  Earth  who gives water, who is in the form of water

She who is  the support  of water, She   who purifies   water

The   wife  of Lord  Varaha

Please  grant  success  to me

Please give  comfort  to me

 

மங்களத் தலைவியே, மங்கள ரூபியே,

சம்சாரத்தில் மங்களமுண்டாகச் செய்வாயாக,

 

Mangala  thalaiviye , Mangala  roopiye

Samsarathil  mangalam undaka cheivayaka

 

Oh chief of auspiciousness who has  form of auspiciousness

Please   make  auspiciousness   in our  life(in the earth)

 

எல்லாம் அறிந்தவளே சர்வ சக்தியே,

 சகல விருப்பங்களை வழங்குபவளே,

புண்ணிய வடிவினளே, புண்ணியத்திற்கு பீஜமானவளே

, அனாதியானவளே,

 எல்லா பயிர்களுக்கும் இருப்பிடமானவளே,

சகல சக்தி தரும் பூதேவியே

, சுகத்தையும் நிலத்தையும் வழங்குபவளே

எனக்கும் அருள் புரிவாய் அன்னையே!

Yella  payirkkum  iruppidamaanavale

SAkala  sakthi  tharum  bhoodeviye

Sukhathayum  nilathayum  vazhangubavale

Yenakkum  arul  purivaai  Annaye

 

She  who knows everything, The  omni  power

She who fulfills   all wishes

She who has  form of blessed accts, she  who is the seed of blessed  act

She  who has no beginning

She who is   seat  of all crops

The goddess earth who gives  all powers,

She who grants land  and pleasure
