1.Ek me aneak, ek me aneak

Har jagah usaka nazaar hai
Wohi tho ek sahara hai

1.Many in one, Many in one  ,

His sight   is in every place  ,

He is the   only help.

2.Phool me jaise kushubu samaya hai, woo sab me hai samaya
Dil ki dhadhkan me, woh gunjatha haar pal
Woh naas naas me samaya
Bhul jathe hai..2
Woh kitana paas tho hamare hai
Wohi tho ek sahara hai

2.Just like sweet smell is spread  all over the flowers, he is  spread  on everybody,

In the beats  of the heart  , he makes sound   every  second 

He is spread in each and every   b nerve  ,

And we forget  that how near he  is to us  ,

He is the  only help.

Saath hai apne, woh samane apane..2
Voh hai tho, ham nahi hai
Dudna chodo, duniya ki mele me …2
Voh hai tho, hum nahi hai
Jaak ko andar..2 ki usane aaj bhi pukara hai
Wohi tho ek sahara hai

3.He is with you and he is very near us ,

If He is there , we are  not there  ,

Leave out searching in this tumult of the world  ,

If he is there  , we are not there

Please make your inside awake 

For he even called   us today,

He   is the  only help.

gurumukh se jaani hai
Saab me huu, saab mujme hai
Bundh sagar me, sagar me bundh hai..2
Bundho me sagar bana hai..
Sagar bundh hai, ya sagar bundh me samaya hai
Wohi tho ek sahara

4. This is a  ridde  ,

You have to learn it directly from Guru’s mouth  ,

I am in everything  , Everything is in me,

A drop  is in the ocean and  ocean  in the drop,

And the ocean is made   by drops,

And the ocean is  a drop  or ocean pervades   every drop,

He is  the only help.
