Is the nectar of Gods  which gives all  comforts

கோவிந்த நாம சங்கீர்த்தனம்

குடிகொண்ட நெஞ்சில்தான்

பெரும் ஆலயம்

Govinda  Nama Sankeerthanam

Kudi konda  nenjil thaan,

Perum aalayam

The heart in which  name of Govinda

Resides is only the big temple

படியேறி வருவோர்க்கு

பயம் இல்லையே

Padi ueri varuvorkku ,

BHayam illaye

There is no fear to those who come,

Climbing   the steps

பாவங்கள் தீர வேறு

வழி இல்லையே

Pavangal theera  Very ,

Vazhi illaye

For sins to get destroyed,

There is no other  way

துணையாவதவன் சங்கு சக்ராயுதம்

தொழுவார்க்கு அருள்கின்ற திருவேங்கடம்

THunai yavathu avan  Sangu  Chakrayudham,

Thozhuvorkku   arulkindra  THiruvenkadam

That which becomes our help is his conch   and wheel,

The Thirupathi God    is the one who blesses those  who worship

சித்தி அளித்தொரு

முக்தி கொடுத்திட

சக்தி படைத்த மலை

Chithi  Alithoru  ,

Mukthi  Koduthida,

Sakthi  padaitha malai

After giving occult powers  ,

And then giving Salvation,

This  mountain has the power

தேவர்கள் மூவர்கள்

யாவரும் வேண்டிடும்

சேடன் அணைத்த மலை

DEvarkal moovarkal,

Yaavarum vendidum,

Sedan anaitha   malai

Devas  ane the trinity,

Come and make requests,

At this mount hugged by Adhi Sesha

தத்துவம் வேதம் உரைத்ததோர்

சாரதி நித்தமும் வாழும் மலை

THathuvam  Vedam  uraithathor ,

Saradhi  nithamum   Vaazhum malai

The charioteer   who told  Philosophy,

And Vedas  daily  lives  on  this mountain

தாயினும் இனிய ஓர் தூயவன்

மாயவன் ஆளும் ஏழுமலை

Thatinum   iniya   oar  thooyavan,

Mayavan   aalum  Yezhu malai

The pure one who is sweetere than mother,

That enchanter   rules this mountain
