Mandal kalam yithaa vannollo,

Mani malayum kazhthil veenallo,

Manassakayum alinju alinju  poyallo,

Yenna  Katheeduga   Ayyappa

Oh son of  Mohini, Oh God  with pretty form,

Oh lad  remove   al  my desires,

The mandala  period   has just come,

The  gem chain has fallen on my   neck,

All my mind has   become   deeply  melted,

Oh Ayyappa  , please  protect me

Oh  god who has climbed on a big tiger,

Please  make   us climb   this big mountain,

To see   your   real form,
