1,. Mangalam gana nadhhaya, mangalam  hara  soonuve,
Mangalam   Vigna rajaya , vigna harthresthu  mangalam

Auspiciousness to lord  of Ganas, auspiciousness  to son of Lord shiva,
Auspiciousness  to king  of obstacles, auspiciousness to he  who destroys  obstacles

2.Yaa  shivo  nama  roppabhyaam
Yaa devi  sarva  mangalam
Trayo  samsmaraath  pumsaam
Sarvatho  jaya  mangalam

She  who has  name and form of lord Shiva,
To that  goddess  all auspiciousness
By remembering  this thrice  immediately,
To all  there  would  be victory  and auspiciousness

3.Nithyothsavo   bhavathyeshaam
Nithya sreer  nithya  mangalam
Yeshaam hrudhistho  bhagawaan
Mangalaa yathanam harim

There  daily festival   will  happen,
Daily  prosperity  and daily  auspiciousness
Taking this  in to mind, the God,
Hari  will make  auspiciousness  happen

4;Krishna  karothu  kalyaanam,
Kamsa  kunjara  kesari,
Kalindhee  jala kallola
Kolahala  kuthookali

Krinsna  will make  auspiciousness  to happen,
With kamsa , becoming  a lion  in front of the elephant
In the sound of  the waters  of Yamuna
Joy as well as festivities will happen

5.Mangalam kosalendraaya,
Mahaneeya  gunabdhaye,
Chakrvarthi thanujaaya
Sarva  bhoumaya mangalam

Auspiciousness to  king of Kosala
Who as the  ocean of  great qualities
He was the  son of the emperor
Auspiciousness  to Lord  who has everything

6.Sri Ramachandra sritha  parijaathaya
Samastha kalyana  gunaabhiramaa
Seethaam mukhamboruha chanjariko,
Nirantharam  mangalamaathanothu

OH ramachandra    who is like a fully I open lotus,
Who every moment has   all  auspicious qualities ,
Who is   the bee   which hovers round the lotus  like face of Sita ,
Please  permanently grant  me auspiciousness

7.Panchadreeswara  mangalam
Harihara  premakruthe mangalam
Pinchalankrutha mangalam
Pranamathaan   chithamane  mangalam

Auspiciousness  to lord of  five  mountains
Auspiciousness  to  the love  of Shiva and Vishnu
Auspiciousness to one decorated  in five ways
I salute  you , wish giving gem, auspiciousness

8.Panchasyadwaja  mangalam
Trijagathaam adhya  prabho mangalam
Pancha stotropama  mangalam
Sruthi  sirolankara  mangalm

He who has   five flags  , auspiciousness
The lord  of the three  worlds  , auspiciousness
He who is compared to five channels  auspiciousness
He who decorates  his head with  Vedas  , auspiciousness
