1.Madhurye  mahime, maha giri suthe, malladhi  samharini,

Moolaadhara  kruthe , maha  marakathe shobha Maha sundari

Mathangi mahime, mahasura  vadhe manthrothame  madhavi

Meenakshi, Madhurambike , mahimaye, Maam pahi  Meenambike

 

She who is famous for her  sweetness, the  daughter of great mountain, she whokilled wresters

She  who is in mooladhara, she who shines  like  great emerald, she who  is very pretty

She who is famous as daughter  of Mathanga, she  who killed  great asuras,She who has great chants, She who is consort of Mahadeva

2,Nana rathna   vibhooshane, navagane shobhe, Maha sundari

Nithyananda  vare niroopana  gune nimnonnathe pankaje

Natye nataka  vesha  dharini , shive  , naade, kala  narthani

She who is decorated  with   various gems, she who shines with new ganas, she who is very pretty

She who is best  among those   who are always happy,  she whose conduct is great, she  who is on lotus,

She who puts  dress of dance  and drama, She   who is consort  of Shiva, she who is the lord, she who knows art  of dancing,

3.Kama krodha  nivaarane, karunaalaye, kaathyyani  , sanmathe

Kaarunyaakruthike, kiradha  varadhe, gam gam  bheejangure

Kaamaartham davalidhi hethu gamidham bhakthyaa  bhavad  sanniddhou,

She who  cures passion and anger, the temple of mercy, daughter of kathyayana, who has  good  behavior

She who has form of mercy, who gave  boons to hunters  , who has bheejakshara  of Gam, gam

She before whom devotees  go , for the   sake  of fulfilling   their desires,

4.Shad  chakrantha gathe, shadananavare, shad  bheeja  rakshangure

Shodadhara kale , shadakshari, shiva kshoni, mahaasheeyathe

Kshanthavyam janani kshamaa nama  shive , ksheerabdhi  madhyanthare,

Meenakshi, Madhurambike , mahimaye, Maam pahi  Meenambike

 

She  who is in between six circles, who is respected  by  Shanmukha,she whose protection rises  from six root  letters

She who has  sixteen crescents, she  who has  six lettersm who is consort  of Shiva, she  who makes  people  great,

Please pardon me mother with patience , she who salutes  Shiva, she who is  in the middle of ocean of milk,

5.Vaame  neeladalakshi, pushpa rasike Bale, Maha Kumkume,

Anye pani varabja bhaktha  janani nithyam prasreyasi

Bale  bandhu  varaangini  bahu vidhe bhoo chakra  sancharini,

She who is on left side , who has  eyes  of blue colour, who enjoys flowers, The Bala, the  great kukuma

The mother of the other devotees who ask for boons, Who  is forever  most excellent

Bala who grants boons to those  whom she likes,One having variety , One who travels on the  wheel of  earth,

6.Raga sthothra vichara veda  vibhave ramye  Radhollasini

Rajeevekshani Rajangana rane Rajadhi   Rajeswari,

Rajne rajasa sathwa thamasa gune, Radhe  REma sodhari,

Meenakshi, Madhurambike , mahimaye, Maam pahi  Meenambike

 

She who is rich with knowledge  of  Musical prayers, thoughts and Vedas, who is pretty, who enjoyed  travel

She who has lotus like eyes, she who  is emperor goddess  in  royal courts   and war

She who iss the queen of Rajasm, THamas  and Sathwa  gunas, who is Radha and sister  of Goddess  Lakshmi

7.Saarasye  sarani, guhasya  janani, samrajya dhanekshani

Saamya Saamyaa chadashkala  sukha vane, sandheepini  sevithe

8,Karpooraruna kumkumarchitha padhe, kseerabdhi   shobhe  Shive

Gatathri karunaa  kadaksha vinuthe Kandharpa khanthi  pradhe

Kalyanashtaka surarchithe sukhavidheKarunya  vaarannidhe

She  who has white pink feer worshipped  with Kumkuma, who shines  in ocean of milk, who is  consort  of Shiva
