ശ്രീ രാമ നാമം ഉരുവിട്ട്   ഉണർന്നു നിൽക്കാൻ

ശ്രീ  രാമ പാദ നളി നം  വിനേന  നമസ്കരിക്കാം

ശ്രീ ആഞ്ജനേയ ഹൃദയത്തിനുള്ളിൽ  വാഴും

Sri Rama  Namam   uruvittu   unarnnu  nilkkan

Sri Rama pada  nalinam   vinena  namaskarikkam

To stand woken up  chanting   the name of Rama

And to   salute with humility the  tender  feet of Rama

He who lives   in the heart of   Hanuman

Ramam Dasaradham  manassil orthidumbol

The greatest  verse   in ramayana  ,

Is Rama and Dasaratha   and when   we think about it in mind

When we   think   of Rama   and dasaratha  in the mind

This entire world would live with matured  goodness

Kani kaanuvaan, dhivasena  ida  nalki  vaazhum

Your pretty  pleased face  , like the just arisen  moon

Your  un steady twin eyes  which  is like the  lotus flower,

Would live daily giving   us a chance  to see Kani

Sita  viyogathinde  kadhana thee  aathidaanai

Sugreva  saukhyam   murappayidunna   kaalam

Bali vadhathinnu  orum petty , vijayichu vaazhum

For putting out  the fire  of  parting with   sita

At the time when the treaty with Sugreeva was signed

You tried  to kill  Bali and  you won   and are living

Thaathende sathya malanganeeya,  yennu chollan

Rajyam  vedinju vipinathil   alanju  pandu

Moolyangalevam   anaswaramatheki  vaazhum

To say that the command  of father, can never be gone against

You left the country and  wandered  in the forest  in old times

And lived with principle that  laws of life can never be gone against

Nin   kaal viral thumbil  ahalya  vismayamayi maari

Paapangale kaal viral thottakathi   vaazhum

In the tip of the finger  of your toe, Ahalya   changed  in to a great wonder

Thejosodu   angu  kudi kollum ambala srilakathil

Poojaa malaria, bhaktha hrudaya mananju vaazhum,

The people who search you, will reach  to worship you

In the  sanctum  of the temple  where your lustrous power  is there

You   live as flowers  of worship in the heart of devotees

Sri Rama  padam    ananjidunnu, dehi   agannidumbol

 

Those   who chant   one  crore times  , the name  of Rama
