Sridevi prathamam nama dwithiyam amrithodhbhava,
Trithiyam kamala prokthaa, chathurtham loka sundari
The first name is Goddess Sri, second she who was born with amritha(nectar)
Third one is told as lotus and fourth, the pretty one of the world
Panchamam vishnupathni cha sashtam syath vaishnavi thadhaa
Sapthamam thu vararoha ashtamam Harivallabha
The fifth one is wife of Vishnu and Sixth is Vaishnavi
Seventh is one who grants boons and eighth is wife of Hari
Navamam saarngini proktha dasamam devadevika
Ekadasam thu Lakshmi syath dwadasam Haripriya
The ninth is she who belongs to archer tenth the goddess of gods
Eleventh is goddess Lakshmi and twelfth is dear one of Hari
Dwadasaithani namani trisandhyam ya paden nara
Ayur aroghyam aiswaryam thasya punya phalapradham
That human being who reads these twelve names in dawn, noon and dusk
Would get life span , wealth , health as well as god’s blessings
