1.SAnskrt

 

Vijayee  bhava  -விஜயீ பவ! Be victorious

Samartho சமர்த்தோ பவ! [May you have  ability  to do things

Vidhwan(for men)/Vidhushui (for women)bhava வித்வான்  / விதுஷி  பவ! [May you become  learnedAayushmaan(for men)/Aayushee(for women) bhava-ஆயுஷ்மான் / ஆயுஷீ பவ![ May  you  live long

 

2.Sanskrit

 

रोचनो रोचमानः शोभनो शोभमानः कल्याणः |
शतमानम भवति शतायुः पुरुषः शतेन्द्रिय आयुष्येवेन्द्रियेः प्रतितिष्ठति ||

 

Rochano  rochamana, shobhano shobhamaana Kalyana

SAthamaanam  BHavathi sathayu purusha sathendriya aayushvendriye prathishtathi

 

To see  , be pretty, in luster be lustrous, be noble and auspecious

Be hundred  percent , live for  hunded years, let your organs be  hundred percent effective, let you sense organs be healthy, be established like that

 

3.SAnskrit

 

श्रीवर्चस्यमायुष्य मारोग्यमाविधात् पवमानं महियते।

धनं धान्यं पशुं बहुपुत्रलाभं शतसंवत्सरं दीर्घमायुः॥ (1)

 

Sri varchasya mayushyam aarogyamavidhath pavamanam  maheeyathe

Dhanam dhanyam  pasum  Bahu puthra  labham satha  samvathsaram  deergamayu

 

Due to power  of Goddess  Lakshmi let good life and health and honour be bestowed  on  this one by Wind God

Let  wealth , grains, cattle, several sons be blessed on this one, Let long life of 100  years  be bestowed

 

4.SAnskrit

 

ऋण रोगादि दारिद्र्य पापक्षुदपमृत्यवः।

भय शोक मनस्तापा नशयन्तु  सर्वदा॥ (2)

 

Runa rogadhi  daridrya papa kshudhapa mruthyuva

BHaya  soka manasthapa  nasyanthu mama  sarvadhaa

 

Lets debts  diseases poverty  sins  hunger , sudden death

Fear  , sorrow, difference  of opinion get destroyed  for ever

 

5.Tamil

நலம் பெற்று , நீடூழி வாழ்க

 

Nalam petru , needoozhi  Vaazhka

 

Having all  that is  good , live for a  long time

 

 என்றென்றும் நலம் கொண்டு நீடூழி வாழ்க

 

Yendrendrum nalam kondu Needoozhi vaazhka

 

For all the times  with every thing good  lead a verylong life
