Jnana Shakthi dhara , Skanda m Deva senathipathi sthadhaa,
Subrahmanyo, gaja rooda ,
sara kanana sambhava ,
Karthikeya ,
Kumarascha Shanmukhas tharakanthaka ,
Senaanir brahma
sasthaa cha Valli kalyana
Sundara ,
Balascha
krounchamethaa cha shikhi vahana
eva cha,
Yethaani swami
naamaani shodasa vruthyaham nara,
Ya padeth sarva
paapebhya sa muchyathe maha mune.
English
translation
He holds the
weapon called Jnana Shakthi , He
who rides on an elephant ,
He who was born in the forest of twigs , He who was looked after by karthikeya maidens,
He who is a lad, He
who has six faces, He who
destroyed THarakasura,
He who is the
commander of army , He who
controlled Lord Brahma,
He who married
pretty Valli, He who is a boy He
who broke Krauncha mountain,
And he who
rides on a peacock.
If any person chants these sixteen names of Lord Swaminadha daily
,
Oh Sage , all
his sins would be completely destroyed.
