1.Kamala  dala  nayana, jaya   jaya  jagath padhe,

Karunya Varidhe ,Krishna  Namosthuthe.

Oh lotus eyed  one, hail , hail oh Lord  of universe,

Who is ocean  of mercy, Salutations    to Krishna.

2.Parasudhara, kamala bhava  mukha , vibudha  vanditha,

Paadhara   vindha , murare  namosthuthe

Holdng an axe , having lotus like face, saluted  by wise  men,

Oh killer  of Mura , I salute   your lotus like feet

3.Sakala jagadabhayankara, saraseeruha  lochana,

SArvaparaadham kshamich   kollename

Oh Lord who grants  protection to all the world  ,

Who has  lotus like eyes,

Please  pardon all  my mistakes

4.Thava  charana kamala  yugam, aka tharileppozhum,

Thoonneduvvanai   , anugrahikkename.

Please bless me si that  the pair  of your  lotus like fet  ,

Should   always   appear   inm y mind

5. Thava  kadhayil   mama rathiyum, makhila  janathilum,

tHwad   bhaktha  sangavum  mundai  varename

Let  there be always interest for me  in your story,

And let all people become part of   your group of devotees

6.Nava nalina dala  nayana, thava  karunaya mama,

Nithyavum thwath  kadha kelkkai   varename.

Oh God having eyes  like  new  petal  of lotus  flower,

Due   to your mercy, May I be able to hear  your story daily.

7.Charana natha jana aabharana, thava kadhakal innu jnnan,

Chethu pizhachu   ura   cheithu poyengilum,

8.Thava  manasai sakalamathu krupayode   poruthu  maam,

Thwad   bhakthanaavaan  anugarakkename,

Oh lord who  has devotees  of your  feet as  ornament, If  today,

I happen to  tell your stories   with some errors,

In your mind  , with great  mercy, completely  pardon that,

And bless  me to become   your   devotee.

9.Bahu jana krutha duritham akhilam api theerthu maam,

Bandha  vimochana, pahi krupa nidhe

Please  destroy the sufferings  of very many  people,

Oh lord   who frees people , Oh treasure  of mercy , protect me.

10.Sapadhi mama jani mruthikal  karunayodozhichu maam ,

Samsara  mochana, kaathu kollename

With   great mercy  please  avoid my  future  births and deaths,

And Oh Lord whjo frees people   from Samsara , please  protect me

11.Parama siva nutha chiratha , duritha  hara, santhatham,

Pankaja  lochana, pahi maam, pahi maam

Oh Lord   who has lord Shiva as  devotee   for long,

Always   destroy   all my sufferings,

Oh Lotus eyed one, Look after me, look after me
