Vaadhitha soorarai  vadi veleduthu valainthu kondu

Saasithu vendra dhaya parane, yenthan  chanchalathai

Sodhithu paarthu  , thuyar  thanai neekki nal thokayudan

AAdhithya  vaaram varuvai , pazhani  Nallandavane

 

Oh merciful one , who Taking the  Vel  and  surrounding  ,

The  soora  who argued, warned him and won over  him.

Examine my worries, and remove  my sorrow  with good peacock feather,

Ungal thagappan kara kanikkai, ulagu  yezhum chuthi

Kankal  chivanthida   vanthu nindrai , akapattathu poal

Yengal  mel  kuthram   yaathirunthaalum  irangi manam

Thingal kizhamai   varuvai , Pazhani  Nal  desikane
