(This is the last tamil song after  21  stotras in Sanskrit in the great book “Sri Dharma Sastha  Sthuthi Kadambam” by Sri Kambamgudi Kulathu  Iyer in the  Malayalam pdf  version .I  could not find it  any where  in the on line.,Though it is called  Dasavathara  of Harihara Puthra  , and has  1o verses  , only  the first  and last  two verses  are about him. The other verses are about  2.Rama 3.Krishna 4.Shiva 5.Shiva  6.Shiva 7.Muruka 8.Parvathi , .Since I had   to depend on tamil typed  in Malayalam  and  since  I did not  know  the subject  , possibly  there  are few errors .Please pardon them.

1.Annayudaa udharamathil thaan vantha  naal muthalai, ayyane , unthan padham

Andru muthal gathiyendru akam athanil  yenninen, Athuvum neer ariyavonnatho?

Pinnayoru deivamethu muthalvane naan ninaippathethu

Periyorkal  thanthayum  pethrathai  selvamum  ponnadikal

Andru  pethra  eeasanai  alla  yendru  sathyamai   othinen, swami  neer kelkkavillayo

Thayaval pillayai thallinaal  yaar gathi   tharumena  neer thaan   sollum

Yentha vidham   pesathirukkinum  ummai yaan ini  viduvathethu,

Sathyamellam  therintha lalitheswariyaal  balane , yengal paripoornanandane

 

From the the day  I came in my mother’s womb, Oh lord, I thought,

That your feet is my only  refuge  in my mind, Is not that  known to you

Oh first one what other God would I think after that

Elders , father, mother who gave birth to me, wealth  and golden feet

Were believed to me truly as  the God I got that day, oh God did you not hear

If mother  pushes out the baby, who would give us protection, you only  please tell

In whichever way   you do not talk  , where  is my  leaving you

Oh Son of goddess  Lalitha who knew  all the truth, our  complete  joy

 

2.Aaadhiyil unthanudaya annai   andru bhaktharkku   aadharamai  cheitha seikai kelum

Andru  Ravanan  mudi neekki  avar   anujarkku   abhishekam   cheyyavillayo?

Neethi illathoru kakanai bhakthanai  nemithu  aalavillayo?

Nilayaaka  sugreevan mudiyaala ninaithu  udan arul  cheyyavillaye?

Mathu  oru pen vadivakave kallathanai  mathiye   avar kaakkavillayo?

Mayaviyakiya  maareechan  mudhalaana   vairikalai  maathra  villayo?

Padaravindhamathu  kanave   sabariyil   bhakthiyathai   chelutha  villayo?

Paramane  Lalithayin  balanai  vanthidum  paripoornanandane!

 

Please hear what your mother  did in support  of devotees  in the  early time,

At that time did you not remove  crown of Ravana  and anointed  his brother?

Did you not appoint   an unjust  crow and  rule  over him?

Thinking   that Sugreeva should  rule permanently , did you not grant him your grace?

Did you not protect  a lady with  a girl’s form by changing  her stone form?

Did you not change  enemies like Mareecha   the magician?

To see  the lotus feet , did he not show devotion  in Sabari?

Oh Divine one  , who came  as son of Lalitha,who had complete  joy.

 

3.Innum  avar  seikindra   udhaviyai kelum  neer , eesan gopalan  thaanum

Idayar  than kalamathil  irunthu   bahu aanandam   yellorkkum eeyavillayo?

Kandru  athudan  gokkalai   kanavilum  , ninaivilum  , kaakshi yavar  cheyyavillayo?

Kamsa vadham  seithu udanghanamana  annayim   kaal vilangu    arukka villayo?

Yendrum   natpal   paandavaridam   vaithu  avar  idar  vinaikal  theerkkavillayo

Inayilla   gopiyarkal  idamathi  vaazhnthu, udan inbam athu kodukkavillayo?

Pandu bahu  baktharkku  pala udhavi  seivathai paarthu  neer  ariyavillayo?

Pavai  Lalitheswariyaal   eendridum  Balane !Paripoornanandane

 

You please hear  the other  helps that He did, the god  gopala  himself

  Staying at the garden of cowherds, did he not give  great  joy to every one?

Did he not see  cows   with thei calves  in dreams  as well as when he  was awake?

Did he not after  killing Kamsa , immediately cut off the heavy chains from his mother’s feet?

Did he not always keep friendship  with pandavas  and  get rid of  their problems?

Did he not live  with the  incomparable Gopis , and immediately  give  them pleasure?

Did you see him  do several help to many   and  did  you not  know about them?

Oh Divine one  , who came  as son of Lalitha,who had complete  joy.

 

4.EEsanendru  ullam athil  yenni  vantha bhaktharkali  inangi  avar kaakaavillayo?

Yethum ariyaatha oru vedanudaya kannathayum   isainthu    avar  kodukkavillayo?

Vaasamai   paravaikku  , dhoothu miga  cheithu udan  mannathuvum   chumakka villayo?

Maanagaril  viraku thanai chumanthu vilai  kooriye, balan thari  unnavillayo?

Dhoshiyaam Tripura  samharamathu chithu udan  chiruvarkalai kaakkavillayo?

Jeevikalil   yelimayaam  pandrikalai  meithu udan , chetti  uruvakavillayo?

Paasamathu yenthidum  kaalanai kaalinaal   pathara  avar mithikkavilleyo?

Baalanai  valarkindra lalithayin anbane, paripoorna aanandane.

 

Did he not  protect the  devotees  who came  thinking that he  is the  God?

Did he not agree  to give  the eyes  of one  hunter  who did not anything?

Did he  not act as  messanger  to Paravai  and  immediately carry mud for her?

Did he not  carry fire wood in a big city and telling the price   did he not eat the  rice of the boy?

After immediately destroying the three  cities  who were at fault, did he  not  protect the boys?

Did he  mot herd the lowly animals which are pigs and took form of a trader?

Did he not kick with his feet the God of death   with rope   making him shiver?

Oh dear one who is  growing as dear one of Lalitha, Oh one who has  complete joy!

 

5.Ullamathil bhakthiyaal   oru vedan poojayaal   uganthu kripai  cheyyavillayo?

Ooyaamal mrithyunjaya   manthrathai  valiyaanuku  upadhesam   cheyyavillayo?

Ithu vandri   thalayottil   pichai  thanai   yeduthu udan  yezhaikalai  kaakkavillayo?

Vallamai  porunthiya  maha  chudalai  thannil  vaasam miga    cheyyavillayo?

Kallayum   yerinthu udan poojai chei  vedanukku haran  kripai  cheyyavillayo?

Kana Lalithai  eendridum  karuna kadakshanr  , pariporrnanandane 

 

Did you  not get pleased  with a hunter worshipping with  mind  full of devotion

Did you not  with out stop teach  the Mrithyunjaya  manthra

Apart from this did you not beg using a skull   and protect  the poor people

Did you not live  in the very powerful  great  cremation ground

Did not  Shiva show mercy on the hunter who threw stones  and immediately  worship

Oh  god with merciful look born to  Lalitha, Oh  God full of divine  joy

 

 

6.OOraa  koopamathil   yezhu kadal  varuthiye ullathil magizhavillayaa

Oru moondru  kongayathil , oru kongai kaanamal ukanthu avar  cheyyavillayo?

AAraathe gundodharan  pasiyai maathriye  anavirunthu   cheyyavillayo?

Alayaamal   ezhaikalai  selvamathy  eendru udan , avani  thannil  kakkavillayo?

Poraana  ungalai  pillayai petrudan mahimai  kollavillayo

Maarathe mukanai  vaay  pesa  vaithudan  vallamai  cheluthavillayo

Maha mahimai  pethridum  lalithayin  vaazh- Paripoornanandane

 

Did you not become happy in my mind by  bringing seven seas  in a dry well

Did He not  not make one breast  disappear   among  three  breasts

Did he not  make hunger of gundodharan disappear and make him eat feast

Did he not  protect the earth by granting  wealth to poor  and made them not wander

Did he  not get the great you as a child   and  get  very great importance

Did he not make   the  never changing dumb one  to speak  and use  his strength

He who lives  with Lalitha  of lot of greatness , Oh  God full of divine  joy

 

7.Yellam kaanamathil vaazhkara  kanniyi  isainthu  manam cheyyavillayo?

Yevaraalum  mudiyaatha  velathu  yeduthudan , yeri mayil vaazhavillayo?

Sollathaal  sooranai  jayam kondu   kshanam mathri  jaya  kodi  dharikka  villayo?

Chiriyorkal  vaazhavendru tharaka  vadham cheithu avar  paarkkavillayo?

Vallamai  porunthiye valli devayanayudan  vaazhnthathu kadar karayil illayo?

Mathsya  madhu kavadi  yeduthu  makizh bhaktharkku  mahimai  thanai  Kaattavillayo?

Sollathaal   kannatheyum   naavayum  kodukkindravar sodharan neerallavo?

Sri  Lalithai Eendridum balane , jaya  veera , sri pari pornanandane

 

Did you not agree  and  marry a maid  living  always  in a forest?

Did you nt take the  vel which was not possible to any one and live  climbing  on a peacock?
Did you not win over soora  by talk, and within a second change and wear  flag of victory?

Did he not kill   THaraka  so that  the small people  would live well?

With great  strength did you not live with  Valli Devayanai in the sea  shore?

Did you not show your greatness to the devotee who took Kavadi with fish and alchohol?

Are you not the brother who gave  eye and toungue  by your words?

Oh boy who was born to Goddess Lalitha, Oh  God full of divine  joy

 

8.Yethum nikarillamal  homakundam thannil isainthu  uruvakavillayo?

Yivalandri  ulakinil   daivamathu  verethuvendru per kollavillayo?

Vaathu cheai bhakthanayum , mahishan muthal  Shumbannayum maathri  jayam  kollavillayo?

Maayaavi  raktha  bheejasuranayum maala adithu  oottavillayo?

Aadhi muthal  nin thai   thanthai  sodhararum  yividhaai   adimaikalai  Kaakka villayo?

Ayyane  , Sri  Lalithai Balane  , anbar  thozhu  annai paripoornandane?

 

Did you  not  come  from the yaga  fire place, with nothing equal to you?

Did you not get the name, that without you there is no god and no one else?

Did you not win the devotee who argued and Mahisha  to Shumbha?

Did you not bear the magician Raktha Bheeja  and make him run?

Did not from very beginning your , mother , father and brothers protect the  slaves?

Oh Lord, oh Son of  Lalitha , oh Oh  God full of divine  joy whose mother was saluted by friends

 

9.Ainthu   mukhan eendridum  Balane , Ainkaranukku  anujanaaka   vantha porule?

AArumukhan sodharan , athi veera  jaya  dharam, anbarkalai  kaakkum poryule?

Undhanudai   seyal thannai  ariveno yezhai naan, unmai neer  therinthathu  allavo?

Oyaamal paandiya  nagar   kaathudan , veeramathu  uruthiyai  cheluthavillayo?

Chinthayil  vanchakam  ninaithidum matharkku chenai puli  varuthavillayo?

Kshanamathil  vaaniyai  kanniyai  vaithudan perum chumi chumakkavillayo?

Paavai  lalitheswariyaal eendridum  Balane  , pugazh paripoornanandane?

 

Oh boy who was born to five headed god(Shiva) , Oh thing who  came as younger brother to five  handed god(Ganesa)?

The brother  of six headed god(subrahmanya)  , who is greatly valorous  and victorious, Oh thing who protects  his friends?

Poor me, do I know  your actions, is not   the truth  known to you?

Without  rest after  you protected  the pandya  country, Did you not definitely use  the valour  of yyurs?

To  the lady  who thought of deceit  in her mind , did you not  bring the pregnant  tiger?

Did you not within a second keeping Vani  as maid, lift  a very heavy  burden?

Oh boy who  was  born to Lalitheswari, oh famous Oh  God full of divine  joy

 

10.Ondrum ariyaatha poal  iruppathum nyayamo, unathu  manamenna  kallo?

Oru mathinukaka Meen porul  azhaithathum  meyyathaamo?

Andru  oru yakshiyai kaalini vilangaadi aval athayum  unda  cheitheer?

Ariyaathatho ulagil  ummudaya  leelayam  bahu  kodi  veshamellam?

Andriyum unathu  adimayaam  yenathu meethil manam irangaathathu  Yeno?

Mazhalayo, nondiyo, oomayo  aakilum maintharai  thallalaamo?

Kandrathai   thediye  varum  than thai poale, kaarpathu  un kadamayandro?

Kana Lalithai  magizh  karthane, Sabarigiri vaazhkindra  Karuna nidhiye?

 

Is it just to remain as  if you do not know  anything, is your mind  a stone?

Is it true   that your called  fish  material for a  lady’s snake?

Once   you  put chain on the  leg of Yakshi and made  her eat Aval(beaten rice)?

Is your  sports   and several crores  of roles not  known in this world?

Besides why did your mind melt on me  who is your slave?

Is it proper   to push out sons   who are  babies or lame ones  or dumb ones?

Just the mother  who goes in search of the calf , is not protecting  your duty?

Oh God who makes Lalitha happy? Oh ocean of merciful treasure who lives  on Sabari mountain?
