அல்லவை எல்லாம் நீங்கி நல்லதே நடக்க வேண்டும் 

 

Nallathe   nadakka vendum, nallathe  nadakka vendum

Allavai  yellam  neengi  nallathe  nadakka  vendum

 

Only good should happen, only good should happen

All other things   should move  away  and only good things should happen

ஏழுமலை  வாசா எங்கள் இதயமதில் வாழும் நேசா
  இலக்குமியின் தாசா நெஞ்சம் இரங்குவாய் சீனிவாசா
வாழும் உயிர் அத்தனைக்கும் வாழ்வளித்து காக்கும் ஈசா
  வருகிறோம் உன்னை நோக்கி வர(ம்)வேண்டும் வரதராசா
பாழும் இந்த உலகின் பாவம் போக்கிடும் பாப நாசா
  பாதங்கள் பணிந்தோம் உந்தன் பார்வையைக் காட்டு இலேசா
சூழுகின்ற துயரம் எல்லாம் சுக்கு நூ றாக்கி தூசாய்
  சுகமாக்கு எங்கள் வாழ்வை திருமலை வெங்க டேசா !

Paadhangal  Paninthom , undhan parvayai  Kaattu lesaa

Choozhkindra  thuyaram yellam , chukka nooraaki thoosaai

Sukhamakku, yengal vaazhvai Thirumalai  Venkatesa

 

Oh God who lives  on seven mountains, Oh Friend  who lives in our heart

Servant of goddess  Lakshmi, Oh Srinivasa,, please make your mind  kind

Oh Friend , who grants  good life to all  beings    that  live and protects them

We are  coming towards  you, WE need boons(to come), Oh Varadaraja

Oh destroyer of sins  who destroys  all sins  committed  by  useless people  of world

We   bent  before you, Please show  your  look slightly

Let all the  sorrows  that surround be made in to pieces  and in to dust

Oh Venkatesa  of Thirupathi , please  make  this pleasant

பன்னிரு ஆழ்வார் போல பாடிடும் புலமை ல்லை
  பாயிரம் கீர்த்தனை சொல்லி பணிந்திடும் பொறுமை இல்லை
உன்னையும் பங்கில் சேர்க்க ஓகோவென தொழிலும் இல்லை
  உண்டியல் தன்னில் கொட்ட ஒன்றுமே கையில் இல்லை.
என்னிடம் வாங்கிக் கொள்ள நீயொன்றும் ஏழை இல்லை
  எனக்கீந்தால் உந்தன் செல்வம் எள்ளளவும் குறைவதில்லை.
மன்னிய செல்வம் எல்லாம் மட்காதோ சேர்த்து வைத்தால்?
  மகிழாதோ மண்ணுயிர் எல்லாம் மாலவா மனது வைத்தால்!

Panniru  aazhvaar  poala paadidum pulamai illai

Payiram , keerthanai cholli paninthidum porumai illai

Unnayum   pangil  cherkka  ohovena  thozhilum illai

Undiyal  thannil kotta  ondrume  kayyil illai

Yennidam vaangi kolla neeyondrum  yezhai illai

Yenakeenthaal undhan chelvam yellalavum  kuraivathillai

Manniya chelvam yellam matkaatho  cherthu  vathaal?

Magizhaatho  mannuyir yallam Maalavaa  Manathu vaithaal

 

WE do not poetic capability  to sing  like the twelve Azhvars

WE do not have patience to recite Payiram(prayers)  and Keerthanas(songs)  and salute you

To make you a  partner  we do not have  great  riches

WE do not have anything in hand to pour in your  prayer money chest

And you are  not poor to take  money from me

By giving  me , your   wealth  is not going to reduce

Just by saving would not the saved wealth  get  dull(spoiled)

Oh Great God  , if you decide , would not all the beings become glad.

அனுதினம் உன்னைப் பாட அடியேனும் ஆண்டாள் இல்லை
  அவல்தந்து செல்வம் வாங்க அட நானும் குசேலன் இல்லை
கனவிலும் உன்னைக் கொஞ்ச கண்ணாநான் கோபியர் இல்லை
  கடமைசெய் பலனில்லை என்றால் கேட்கநான் அர்ச்சுனன் இல்லை
தினமுந்தன் நாமம் சொல்லித் திரியநான் நாரதன் இல்லை
  திறந்து என் நெஞ்சில் உன்னைக் காட்ட நான் அனுமனும் இல்லை.
மனதிலே ஒருநொடி எண்ணி மறுவேலை பார்க்கப் போகும்
  மனிதன்நான் என்துயர் போக்க மாதவா மனமா இல்லை?

Aval thanthu  chelvam  vaanga ada, naanum Kuchelan illai,

Kanavilum  unnai  konja kannaa, naan Gopiyar illai,

Kadamai chei balanillai yendraal  , ketka naan  arjunan illai

Dhinamunthan Namam cholli thiriya naan naradan illai

Thiranthu yen nenjil unnai kaatta  naan anumanum illai

Manathile  oru nodi  yenni maru velai paarkka pogum

Manithan naan, yen thuyar pokka madhavaa manamaa illai?

 

Daily   to sing about You  I am not Andal

To give you AVal(beaten rice)  and get wealth from you  , I am not Kuchela

To fondle you  , even in my dreams, I  am not a Gopi,

When you say “do your duty without attachement,to hear, I am not Arjuna

Daily to repleatedly  chant your name, I am not Narada

To open my chest  and show you  , I am not Hanuman

Thinking a second in my mind and go to attend my job,I am a human being

Oh Madhava, don’t you  have willingness  to remove my sorrow, I am onlya human being

 

போதுமெனச் சொல்லும் வரையில் பொன்பொருள் சேர்க்க வேண்டும்
  போதாது வாழ்வோர்க் குதவி புண்ணியம் சேர்க்க வேண்டும்.
பாதையில்  இடறும் கற்கள்  படிக்கற்கள் ஆக வேண்டும
  பாதையில் தடம் பதித்து பயணத்தை முடிக்க வேண்டும்.
மோதுவது மலையே எனினும் மோதி நான் பார்க்க வேண்டும்
  முயல்கிற செயல்கள் எல்லாம் முடித்து நான் காட்ட வேண்டும்
வேதனை ஏதுமின்றி விண்ணகம் ஏக வேண்டும்
  வேறொரு கருவில் மீண்டும் வாராது போக வேண்டும்.

Muyalkindra cheyalkal  yallam mudithu naan kaatta vendum

Vedanai yedum indri Vinnakam yeka  vendum

Veroru  karuvil meendum  varaathu  poka vendum

 

 I should save money and gold till I feel it is sufficient

I should help those  who not have and  go on save  your blessings

The  stones that knock my feet on road should become steps

I should  put my ssteps on the road  and my  journey

Though I am knocking on a mountain, I should knock  and see

I should complete  all the jobs that  I try and show

Without any  pain , I should  go to heaven

I should not enter some enter  some other womb and go.
