Namashivaya aadhiyayoru aksharangal kondu jnan

Churukki nalla keerathanangal cholluvaan   ganesanum

Manassil vannu  udhippathinnu anugrahikkam vaniyum

Nama Shivaya parvatheesa papa nasana  hare

 

Using   the letters  like the letters  Namashivaya, for me

To tell  abbreviated  songs,

 let  ganesa as well as BHavani

 Arise in my mind and bless  me

Oh Nama shivaya  , oh  lord of parvathi,

Oh destroyer  of sins , oh Hara

 

Manushyanayi mannil  vannu jnan piranna karanam

Mana  prasadamilla yenikku, vyadhi  kondu orikkalum

Muzhuthu  vanna vyadhi veraruthu santhi  nalkuvaan

Due to my being born as human in this   world,

I am never having pleasure  of mind  due to this diseases

For granting peace by uprooting  the  increasing disease

Shiva  kripa kadaksha mathu yenikkum illa   aasrayam

Shivaya  sambhvin padaravindamodu  cherkkanam

Please bless me to chant the name”I salute Shiva”

Withou the merciful kook of Shiva , I do not have any dependence

Please  merge me with the lotus  like feet of Lord  Shiva

Yerinja kannil agniyode Yamane onnu nokkanam

Inangi ninna dehi dehamodu var pedumpozhum

For meb   to loose the fear  at the time  when Yama is coming

You should see  with your burning eyes   that   Yama once

When the soul  moves away from body which it liked,

Roopa  darsanam onninaayi

Aasayodiha  vannathaanivar

Aathma  nirvruthi neduvaan

Aarthi nasana nee kanijnathinn

Ninnu  bhagyam   nalkane

 

Lying down on special bed  of Adhi sesha

Without end nor beginning,

And sitting on the ocean, for showing,

Your  divine  form  only

And  they  are people who came with desire

For completely  get  freedom  of the soul

Oh Lord who destroys   desire, you please take mercy

And grant me    that  luck

Nama kotikalyennu men

Naavil vannu uriyaaduvan

Varamekane  kruna nidhe

 

Oh Lord who has form of fish turtlre, man lion boar and  Vamana

Oh Lord good to see  in the form  of fishFor my toungue to , tell,

That your crores of names  are worshipped by  Narada  and others

Oh treasure  of mercy grant  me boon
