भीमरूपी महारुद्रा वज्र हनुमान मारुती ।

वनारि अंजनीसूता रामदूता प्रभंजना ॥ १॥

பீமரூபீ மஹாருத்ரா வஜ்ர ஹனுமான மாருதீ|
வனாரி அன்ஜனீஸூதா ராமதூதா ப்ரபஞ்ஜநா ||1||

1.Bheema roopi  Maha  Rudraa, Vajra Hanumana  Maruthi,

Vanaari, Anjani   sutha, Rama  Dhootha  Prapanchanaa.

Oh  God with a huge form. Who is   very angry  , Who is  Maruuthi as   strong as Diamond,

Who wanders in forests, who is  son of  Anjana, who is emissary of Rama, who islike a hurricane.

महाबळी प्राणदाता सकळां उठवी बळें ।

सौख्यकारी दुःखहारी धूर्त वैष्णव गायका ॥ २॥

மஹாபலீ ப்ராணதாதா ஸகளாம் உடவீ பளேம்|
ஸௌக்யகாரீ து:கஹாரீ தூர்த வைஷ்ணவ காயகா ||2||

2.Maha BaLee   Prana  dhathaa sakaLaam  UdaviBaLem,

Saukhyakari   Dukha  haari Dhoortha  vaishnava  Gayaka

Oh God   who is very strong, Who gave life  , Who rouses all others  by his strength

Who grants  trouble free state, who destroys sorrow, who is a  fanatic Vaishnava  and   a singer

दीनानाथा हरीरूपा सुंदरा जगदांतरा ।

पातालदेवताहंता भव्यसिंदूरलेपना ॥ ३॥

தீனநாதா ஹரீரூபா ஸுந்தரா ஜகதந்தரா|
பாதாள தேவதாஹந்தா பவ்யஸிந்தூர லேபநா ||3||

3.Dheena nadhaa   Haree roopaa  , Sundaraa   jagadantharaa  ,

Patala devathaa   hanthaa  , bhavya  sindhoora  lepanaa

Oh  Lord of the suffering  people, Who has  a monkey form, who is pretty , who can go to ends of the  world,,

Who killed   devathas  of Patala, who has humility  and who is smeared  with red colour

लोकनाथा जगन्नाथा प्राणनाथा पुरातना ।

पुण्यवंता पुण्यशीला पावना परितोषका ॥ ४॥

லோகநாதா ஜகன்னாதா ப்ராணநாதா புராதனா|
புண்யவந்தா புண்யஸீலா பாவனா பரிதோஷகா ||4||

4.:LOka Naadhaa  , Jagan Nadhaa, Prana  Nadhaa , Puraathanaa ,

Punya vanthaa  , Punya sheelaa  , pavanaa  Parithoshakaa

Oh God who is lord of the world, Oh lord of universe, oh Lord of soul, Who is ancient

Who  is blessed  , has  blessed  habits  , who is pure and  who gives  happiness  as present.

ध्वजांगें उचली बाहो आवेशें लोटला पुढें ।

काळाग्नि काळरुद्राग्नि देखतां कांपती भयें ॥ ५॥

த்வஜாங்கேம் உசலீ பாஹோ ஆவேஸேம் லோடலா புடேம் |
காலாக்னி கால‌ருத்ராக்னி தேகதாம் காம்பதீ பயேம் ||5||

5.Dwa jaangai  uchali  baho, AAvesen   lotalaa  Puden,

Kalagni , Kala  Rudragni  dehathaam Kampadhee  Bhayeem

Oh God who holds his arms  above him, who with great emotion pushes ahead,

Even fire  of hell  , the  fire  of the killer Shiva   trembles out of fear  on seeing him.

ब्रह्मांडें माइलीं नेणों आंवळे दंतपंगती ।

नेत्राग्नि चालिल्या ज्वाळा भ्रकुटी तठिल्या बळें ॥ ६॥

ப்ரஹ்மாண்டே மாயிலீ நேணோம் ஆவளே தந்த பங்கதீ |
நேத்ராக்னி சாலில்யா ஜ்வாலா ப்ருகுடீ தாடில்யா பளேம் ||6||

6.Brahmande maahalim neNoom aavle dantha pangathi,

Nethragni chaalilyaa jwalaa brukuti thatilyaa  BHalem

Oh God who measured the universe, we are not able  to understand why, you bite your teeth,

Bring out fire from your eyes and stongly narrow down your  forehead   bringing out fires

पुच्छ तें मुरडिलें माथां किरीटी कुंडलें बरीं ।

सुवर्णकटिकांसोटी घंटा किंकिणि नागरा ॥ ७॥

புச்ச தேம் முரடிலே மாதா கிரீடீ குண்டலே பரீ |
ஸுவர்ண கடி காஞ்ஸோடீ கண்டா கிங்கிணி நாகரா ||7||

7.Puchh  then muradilaem madhaam    kireeti kundale  bhareem,

Suvarnakatikamsoti ghantaa kinkini naagaraa

Oh God who lifts his tail  round his head , whose  head is filled  with crown and ear globes,

When he   goes with golden  dhothi   and hip   belt , its  bells   are making sound of drums

ठकारे पर्वताइसा नेटका सडपातळू ।

चपळांग पाहतां मोठें महाविद्युल्लतेपरी ॥ ८॥

டகாரே பர்வதா ஐஸா நேடகா ஸட பாதளூ |
சபளாங்க பாஹதாம் மோடேம் மஹாவித்யுல்லதேபரீ ||8||

8.Takaare parvathaasaa  netakaa  sadpathLoo,

ChapaLang  pahathaam  moten  maha vidhul lathe  pari

When he flies  on the sky hitting  the mountains   with his tail,

His shining body is like a  very big lightning   streak

कोटिच्या कोटि उड्डणें झेपावे उत्तरेकडे ।

मंदाद्रीसारिखा द्रोणू क्रोधें उत्पाटिला बळें ॥ ९॥

கோடீச்யா கோடி உட்டாணேம் ஜேபாவே உத்தரேகடே |
மந்தாத்ரீ ஸாரிகா த்ரோணூக்ரோதேம் உத்பாடிலா பளேம் ||9||

9.KOtichyaa  koti UNgdane JJopave uthare  kade,

Mandari Saareekhaa droN krodhen uthpatilaa BaLEN

He  made crores of leaps  and travelled   towards  north  ,

And separated   the Drona mountain from Mandhara  mountain range.

आणिला मागुती नेला आला गेला मनोगती ।

मनासी टाकिलें मागें गतीसी तूळणा नसे ॥ १०॥

ஆணிலா மாருதி நேலா ஆலா கேலா மனோகதீ |
மனாஸீ டாகிலேம் மாகேம் கதீஸீ தூளணா நஸே ||10||

10.ANilaa  Maaguthi  nelaa  aalaa  gelaa   manogathi,

Manaasi   taakeele Maane gatheesi  ThooLaNaa nase

When he  brought  and took back the mountain   with speed of min

Abd even the  mind was not sufficient  to measure his speed , How can  we measure   the great speed by which he went

अणूपासोनि ब्रह्मांडायेवढा होत जातसे ।

तयासी तुळणा कोठें मेरुमांदार धाकुटें ॥ ११॥

அணூபாஸோனி ப்ரஹ்மாண்டா எவடா ஹோத ஜாதஸே |
தயாஸீ துளணா கோடேம் மேருமந்தார தாகுடே ||11||

11,ANoopaa soni brahmaandayebadaa hoth jathase  ,

Thaayaasi   thuLanaa  koten  meru mandjaar dhaakunte,

From atom  like form he   took a huge form occupied  the  entire universe,

And compared to him , the  Meru mountain    appeared  smaller

ब्रह्मांडाभोंवते वेढे वज्रपुच्छें करूं शके ।

तयासी तुळणा कैंची ब्रह्मांडीं पाहतां नसे ॥ १२॥

ப்ரஹ்மாண்டாபோவதே வேடே வஜ்ரபுச்சேம் காலும் ஸகே |
தயாஸீ துளணா கைஞ்சீ ப்ரஹ்மாண்டீம் பாஹதாம் நஸே ||12||

12.Brahmanda bhoovathe vede vajra puvhenkaroon sake,

THayaasi  thuLaNaa   kainchi   Brahmaandi paahathaam nase

He took a form as big as universe  and tied  his  diamond  like tail over his head,

And Even the universe    was  small  compared   to him

आरक्त देखिलें डोळां ग्रासिलें सूर्यमंडळा ।

वाढतां वाढतां वाढे भेदिलें शून्यमंडळा ॥ १३॥

ஆரக்த தேகிலேம் டோளாம் க்ராஸிலேம் ஸூர்யமண்டலா |
வாடதாம் வாடதாம் வாடே பேதிலேம் ஸூன்யமண்டலா ||13||

13,.AArakth  dekeelen doLAAM grasilen  surya mandaLAa,

Badathaam Naadathaam Baade bodhilen soonya  mandaLAA

When he saw the sun  as   being coloured like blood.,

He went on increasing his size and became so big that  sun looked as if it is nothing

धनधान्य पशुवृद्धि पुत्रपौत्र समग्रही ।

पावती रूपविद्यादि स्तोत्रपाठें करूनियां ॥ १४॥

தனதான்ய பஸுவ்ருத்தி புத்ரபௌத்ர ஸமக்ரஹீ |
பாவதீ ரூபவித்யாதி ஸ்தோத்ரபாடேம் கரூனியாம் ||14||

14.Dhana Dhaanyapasu vrudhi puthra pouthra  samagrahee,

Paavathi roopa vidhayaadhi stotra pate karooniyaan

If this prayer   is read  you would get  increase  of wealth  , property  cattle and son and hrand sons,

You will also get  knowledge  and good  appearance

भूतप्रेतसमंधादि रोगव्याधि समस्तही ।

नासती तूटती चिंता आनंदे भीमदर्शनें ॥ १५॥

பூதப்ரேதஸமந்தாதி ரோகவ்யாதி ஸமஸ்தஹீ |
நாஸதீ தூடதீ சிந்தா ஆநந்தே பீமதர்ஸனே ||15||

15.Bhootha pretha samandhaadhi  roga vyaadhi samastha  hi,

Naasathee thootathi chinthaa  aanande  Bhima  darasane

By   chanting   this Bhima roopi prayer , the problems   dure to ghosts and devils  ,

And diseases and sickness  would get destroyed, worries would be broken and joy would be got.

हे धरा पंधराश्लोकी लाभली शोभली भली ।

दृढदेहो निःसंदेहो संख्या चंद्रकलागुणें ॥ १६॥

ஹே தரா பந்தரா ஸ்லோகீ லாபலீ ஸோபலீ பலீ |
த்ருட தேஹோ நி:ஸந்தேஹோ ஸங்க்யா சந்த்ரகலாகுணே ||16||

16Hey dharaa pandharaa  sloki laabhalee  , shobhalee  bhalee,

Hrud deho ni sandeho sankhyaa   chandraa  kalaa  gunen

BY chanting these  15  slokas you will get  power and strength  ,

Of the  mind and body   without any doubt  , the number of Moon’s crescent times

रामदासीं अग्रगण्यू कपिकुळासि मंडणू ।

रामरूपी अन्तरात्मा दर्शने दोष नासती ॥ १७॥

ராமதாஸீ அக்ரகணூ கபிகுலாஸி மண்டணூ|
ராமரூபீ அந்தராத்மா தர்ஸனே தோஷ நாஸதீ ||17||

17.Rama daseem agraganyoo  kapi kuLaasi  mandaNU,

Rama  roopi antharathmaa  darsane   dosha  naasathi

Rama dasa is the greatest  among those who pray  the ornament to the monkey clan,

And by seeing his inner  mind which looks like Rama’s , All evils would be destroyed.

॥ इति श्री रामदासकृतं संकटनिरसनं नाम श्री मारुतिस्तोत्रम् सम्पूर्णम् ॥

|| இதி ஸ்ரீ ராமதாஸக்ருதம் ஸங்கட நிரஸனம் நாம
ஸ்ரீ மாருதி ஸ்தோத்ரம் ஸம்பூர்ணம் ||

Ithi  Sri  Ramdas  Kritham sankat  nirasanam nama   Maruthi stotram  Sampoornam

Thus ends the prayer on Maruthi   which puts an   end to all sorrows  composed  by  Samarth  Ramdas
