1.Neyyathinkara  vaazhum  kanna  , nin munniloru

Nei vilakkavatte   yende janmam

Kanninnu kannaya unnikku  thiru mumbil

Karpooramaakatte yende  janmam

Omkaram muzhangunna paikkale  meykkuvan

Oro manassilum   nee varunnu

Ninde  pullam kuzhal paattil prapancham

Nandini  pasuvai  theerunnu

 

Oh Krishna  who lives in Neyathinkara, let my life,

Become  a  ghee  lamp   before you

Before the divine presence  of the child who is darling  of darlings

May my life  be camphor

To    graze   the cows  who boom with  sound of om,

You come  in every mind

In your song  of the flute, this entire world,

Becomes  the  Nandini cow

 

2.Agidu churathumen jeevannu nee moksha-

Karuka naambu akumo, kanna

Kaayam poo thozhum  mukil  varnaa

 

To my soul giving out milk in its  breast

Would you become  blade of grass  oh Krishna,

The cloud  coloured one  saluted  by kaayam  flower

 

3. Govardhanamai  manninde  dukham

Nin viral thumbaal   uyarthunnu

Ninde mandasmitha kuliril  prapancham

Nithya vasanthamai  theerunnu

Thozhthu nilkkunoree jeevanu  nee oru

Thiru  velicham tharu  Kannaa  thamara  tharithal  kanna

 

You lift the sorrow  of earth as  Govardhana,

On the  tip of your   finger,

In the cold  of your pretty  slow  smile

The earth becomes  forever  spring

For those   who salute  and stand, Oh Krishns

Please  grant  divine  light, Oh lord with eyes like  lotus leaf
