(This was brought to my notice  by my daughter  Meenakshi Muthuswami   through Whatsapp. Since all people  may  not be able to read Sanskrit  and not able  to understand it, I am doing this

1.Chant Sankalpam

Mamopartha    samastha  duritha kshaya  dwara sri Parameswara  preethyartham

JwaraOupa sargikhaadhi nana  vidha saakramika rogaanaam  unmoolaartham

AArogya prapthyartham asmadhdhesiyaanaam   vidhesiyaanaam chaapi  sarveshaam vyaadhi  bhaya nivruthyartham

Sarva loka kshemartham roga nivaraka Bhagawan nama  stotra  Parayanam  Karishye

Meaning

For getting rid of all difficulties and to please lord Parameshwara and also to increase the power that comes when one is a Brahmin   fever  , superior adversities like various infectious diseases and also cure of  all  type of diseases and fears, for getting pleasant life  of our country as well  as other countriesfor the good  of all the world, I chant the name of Gods who cure diseases

Text and meaning of  Roga Nivarana slokas(Chant them)

1.Achyuthanantha Govinda  Namocharana   beshajaath,

Nasyanthi sakala roga   sathyam sathyam  vadamyaham.

The chanting  of  the names  Achyutha , Anantha and Govinda  is the medicine  ,

And  I tell the truth and nothing but the  truth  that  it would destroy  all diseases.

2.Sharire jarjari bhute vyadhi graste kalevare

oushadham jaanhavi toyam vaidhyo naraayano Harihi

For the human body is affected by fevers,sickness and old age

The medicine is   water of Ganga and the doctor is Narayana  the Hari

3.Su meenakshi pathe  Shambho, somasundara nayaka

Yimam aapapadamuthpannam madheeyaam Nasaya  Prabho

The  great  lord of Meenakshi, Lord Shiva, the Lord  Somasundara

If any time danger  occurs to me , please destroy it lord

4.Aartha vishanna  , sidhilascha  Bheethaa ,   

 Goreshu vyadhishu cha  varthamana,

Narayana   sangitha   Sabdha mathram,

Vimuktha  dukho , Sukhino Bhavanthu

He who is worried,

He who is afraid,

He who is fearing catastrophe,

He who is diseased,

He who has received bad news,

When he sings out to "Narayana*"

He gets rid of all his sorrows.

.5Balambikesa , Vaidyesha , bhava roga harethi cha  ,

Japen nama thrayam   nithyam  maha roga nivaranam.

5.”Oh lord  of Balambika  , Oh   God od doctors   cure this  ,

Illness  of the birth cycle “ If  this  is chanted  thrice ,

With devotion   then all great  diseases  would be cured.

6.Apasmara, kushta, kshayarsa prameha,

Jwaronmadhagulmaadhi rogo mahantha,

Pisachascha sarve bhavath pathra bhootheem,

Vilokya kshanaa tharakare dravanthe.,

Epilepsy, leprosy, tuberclosis,
Consumption, diabetes, fever, madness,
Venereal diseases which are sickness great,
And the evil spirits that trouble one,
Run away within a second,
On seeing the leaf with thine holy ash,
Oh enemy of Tharaka.

7.Kirantim angebhyah kirana-nikurumba'mrta-rasam

Hrdi tvam adhatte hima-kara-sila murthimiva yah;

Sa sarpanam darpam samayati sakuntadhipa iva

Jvara-plustan drshtya sukhayati sudhadhara-siraya.,

He who meditates in his mind,
On you who showers nectar from all your limbs,
And in the form which resembles,
The statue carved out of moonstone,
Can with a single stare,
Put an end to the pride of snakes,
And with his nectar like vision,
Cure those afflicted by fever.

Afterwards chant

Achyuthaya  nama, ananthaya nama, Govindaya nama
