துளசி திருமால் நெஞ்சில் வாசம்

துளசி தளத்திற்கு பரிமள வாசம்

துளசி பிறந்தது பார்கடல் மீதே

துளசிச் செடி நீர் ஔடதம் ஆகும்

துளசிதளம் திருமால் துலாபாரம்

துளசிபூஜை வாழ்வைஉயர்த்தும்

திருத்துழாய் மஹாலஷ்மி ரூபம்

துளசிமாலை திருமால் பெருமை

துளசி அரச்சனை முக்தி தரும்

துளசி மாடம் சுற்றி வணங்குவர்

துயரற்று பெருவாழ்வு அடைவர்

திருமால் திருவடி அடைந்திடுவர்

Thulasi thirumal nenjil vaasam

Thulasi dalathirkku parimala vaasam

THulasi  piranthathu par kadal meedhe

THulasi   chedi  neer oudatham aakum

THulasi dhlam   thirumal  thulaa bharam

Thulasi  poojai vaazhvai  uyarthum

Thiru thuzhai  maha  Lakshmi roopam

Thuasi maalai   thirumal perumai

THulasi  archanai  mukthi tharum

THulasi madam  chutri vananguvarr

Thuyarathu  peru vaazhvu  adaivar

THirumal   thiruvadi  adainthiduvar

 

 

Thulasi  lives on   chest  of  Lord Vishnu

The leaf of Thulasi   has sweet smell

Thulasi  was born on the ocean of milk

The  juice  of plant  of thulasi  is medicine

The leaf of  thulasi   was equal in weight  to Lord Krishna

The  worship of thulasi  would enhance  our prosperity

The form of Thulasi  is that of Godess  Lakshmi

The garland  of thulasi  is greatness of  lord Vishnu

Worship   with thulasi  grants  you salvation

People go round thulasi plant  and salute it

And they  would be devoid of sorrow  and led a great  life

And they  will reach  the feet  of Lord Vishnu
