Narayanaa hare Narayanaa,Narayanaa  Hare  Narayanaa

 

Narayaneeyamaam premarutham

Narayanan  Theertha  kavyamrutham

Narayaneeyan than randaayaalum

Nara  janma  bhagyamaam punyamrutham

 

The  nectar  of love  that  is Narayaneeyam

The nectar like  book  completed by Narayana

Though  Narayaneeya  can be thought  in two ways

It is the luck of nectar of Blessing  to Man kind

 

AAraanee  Kannan yennulla  Sathyam

Neraai  yezhithiya  Stotra kavyam

Kaarunya  roopande  leelakale

Kaavyamaai nalkiya   punya  grandhaam

 

Who is  the  truth  called  Lord Krishna,

The epic of stotras  written straight

The sports of lord  whose form is mercy

The holy  book which  gave  them as epic

 

Karayathirikkaan sramicha  neram

Kannil niranjathaam  kanner  kanam

Kannannu  rathnathil  maala  poale

Kanikka  vechathaam  janma  punyam

 

At the time when  we  are thinking we should not cry

The drops  of tears which have filled up the eyes

Are  like  the garland of gems to Lord Krishna

The blessing of our life which was kept  as offering

 

Sparsa mani samam thane ithum

Sparsikkukil nammalshuddharaakum

Saanthranandhva  bodhathil mungum

Saakshaathaai  sri hari thane aakum

 

This is also  equal  to the gem we touch

If  we touch  we  will become  pure

We will  drown in the stream of joy and wisdom

And really  we will become  Lord Hari

 

Aananda mayam  ithu kelkkuvorkkum

Aathmeeya  sukham ekum  ithu  paaduvorkkum

Aananda  roopanaam  vathesande

AAthma  swaroopam Narayaneeyam

 

It is  fully pervaded with joy to those who hear

Give  pleasure  to the soul of those  who sing it

The joyful  form of  lord of Guruvayur

The form  of the soul  is Narayaneeyam
