കരമൊന്നെൻ നേരെയുയർന്നാൽ മതി.

ഇരു കയ്യും കൂപ്പി സ്മരിച്ചു നിൽക്കെ

തിരുരൂപമുള്ളിൽ തെളിഞ്ഞാൽ മതി.

 

Varam onnum vendemikku kannaa

Karamonnen  nere uyarnnal Mathi

Iru  kayyum  kooppi  smarichu  nilkke

Thiru  Roopam ullil thelinjaal mathi

 

Oh Krishna  I do not  want any boon

All that  I need is that your hand is lifted up

When I  stand  thinking of you with folded hands

It is enough  if your divine  form  is clearly  seen in the mind

 

എവിടെയിരുന്നാലുമെന്റെയുള്ളം

ഗുരുവായൂർ മതിലകത്തായാൽ മതി

ഒരു ചെറു തെന്നലിൽ കളഭഗന്ധം

സകലം മറക്കുവാൻ എന്തു വേറെ.

Guruvaayur  mathilakathaayaal  mathi

Oru cheru thennalil kalabha  Gandham

SAkalam marakkuvan   yendhu vere

 

Wherever  I may be , if my mind,

Is inside  walls of Guruvayur , it is  sufficient

If the  smell of sandal Kalabham comes  in breeze

To forget  every  thing  what  else  is needed

 

അനുദിനമേറുന്നു അവശതകൾ

അഴലേറ്റും കഥകളോ നാലുപാടും

ഹരികഥ പാടിയും കേട്ടുമെന്റെ

നരജന്മ ദുരിതങ്ങൾ നീങ്ങിടേണം.

 

Anu dhinam yerunnu avasathakal

Azhalerum  kadhakalo naalu  paadum

Hari kadha  paadiyuum  kettum yende

Nara janma  durithangal  neengidenam

 

The problems  that rise up every day

The stories  from all  sides having more  sufferings

Hearing and singing  Harikadha(musical  discourse),

My sufferings of  this  human  birth should  go away

 

ശരിയുള്ള വഴികളിൽ പോയിടാനും

പിഴയില്ലാ കർമ്മങ്ങൾ ചെയ്തിടാനും

ഹരി തന്നെയാശ്രയം നിസ്വജന്മം

ചരണകമലത്തിൽ ചേർത്തിടേണേ !

 

SAriyulla   vazhikalil poyidaanum

Pizhayillaa  karmangal  cheithidaanum

Hari  thanne  asrayam  niswa janmam

Charana  kamalathil  cherthidena

 

I should  go  in the proper ways

I should  do acts  without mistakes

Lord  Viishnu  is only my support, This miserable Person
