ഹര ഷണ്മുഖ ശംഭുകുമാരകനേ

ശരണം തരണേ കരുണാകരനേ

വരമേകുക ഷഷ്ടിജനപ്രിയനേ

 പരനേ പരമേശ്വര വന്ദിതനേ

 

Hara  shanmukha  Sambhu  Kumarakane

Saranam tharane, Karunakarane

Varam yekuka , Sashti  jana  priyane

Parane , Parameshwara  Vandhithane

 

Hey  Shanmukha   who is son of Shiva

Oh  doer of mercy, grant me  protection

Please  give me boon, darling of People  who observe  Sashti

Oh  divine  one who is saluted  by  Lord  Shiva

 

വിധി വന്ദിത വേദസുധാജലധേ

വരശീലഗുണാർണ്ണവ ശ്രീ ഗുഹനേ

ശരണാഗത വത്സല കാമദനേ

 ശരകാനന സംഭവ സുന്ദരനേ

 

Vidhi vandhitha  veda  sudhaa  jaladhe

Vara  seela  gunarnava   Sri Guhane

Saranagatha  vathsala  kamadhane

Sara  kanana   sambhava   Sundarane

 

Ohocean of vedic  nectar  saluted  by Lord Brahma

Oh Guha who is ocean of  quality  of character  of giving boons

Oh lord who fulfills desires who likes  those who surrender

Oh handsome one  who was  born in  forest of bushes

 

പാർവ്വതി ലാളിതരമ്യതനോ

 പതിതാവന പാവക നന്ദനനേ

പാവനമാം തവ പദയുഗളം

 മമ മനതളിരിൽ കളിയാടണമേ

 

Parvathi  laalitha   ramya  thano

Pathitha  vana   pavaka  nandanane

Pavanamaam  thava   padha  yugalam

Mama  mana  thaliril  kali yadaname

 

The  pretty  one who is  pampered by  Parvathi

The holy  joyous boy  of  the fallen forest

Your  twin feet  is pure  and holy

Please play  in  the  growth  of my mind

 

ദേവഗണത്തിനു രക്ഷകനേ

 നിജ ശത്രു ഗണത്തിനു ശിക്ഷകനേ

അസുര കുലാന്തക ഷണ്മുഖ ഭോ

 പരിപാലയ ശങ്കര നന്ദനനേ

 

Deva ganathinnu  Rakshakane

Nija sathru  ganathinnu  sikshakane

Asura  kulanthaka  Shanmukha  Bho

Paripalaya    Sankara   nandhane

 

The  protector  of   all the devas

The  one who punishes all  his enemies

Oh Shanmukha  who destroys  the clan of asuras

Please  look after  us, son  of Lord Shiva

 

പദനതജന പാലക വരദവിഭോ

 കലി കന്മഷ ദോഷ ഭയാപഹനേ

മമ നിത്യ നിരഞ്ജന നിഷ്കളനേ

കഴലേകിയനുഗ്രഹമേകണമേ

 

Padhana  jana   paalaka varadha  vibho

Kali  Kanmasha  dosha  bhaya pahane

Mama nithya  niranjana  Nishkalane

Kazhal yekiya anugraham   yekename

 

The  protector lord who looks  after  fallen people

He who removes   the problems  of bad part  of Kali age

My forever  supreme  one  who  is without stains

Please give  your feet  and bless  me

പ്രവരാസുരഭഞ്ജക പുണ്യ തനോ

ഗിരിജാമുഖ പങ്കജ ഭാസ്കരനാം

തവപാദമതേകമതേ ശരണം

 

Hara  krouncha   madhanthaka sakthikara

Prvarasura   bhanchaka punya  thano

Girija mukha pankaja  bhaskaraanaam

Thava  padham  athekamaththe    Saranam

 

He  who gives  strength  to bent,mad  and  blind person

The  holy  one who killed Asura  called  Pravara

He who is the sun to lotus  face  of  Goddess  Parvathi

Your feet  is to only one which is shelter  to us

 

കാമ്യവരപ്രദനാം മുരുകാ

 മമ സഞ്ചിത പാപമകറ്റണമേ

മാമയിലിൻ മുകളേറി മമാന്ധത

നീക്കിടുവാൻ ഹൃദി വന്നിടണേ

 

Kamya  vara  pradhanaam  Murukaa

Mama  sanchitha papam agathename

Maamayilin  mukal yeri   mama  andhathha

Neekkeduvaan   hrudhi  vannidene

 

Oh Muruka  who grants   desired boons

Please remove  my  collected  sins

Riding on great  peacock,let  the  desire

Come to you   to remove  my blindness

 

ദുഃഖവിനാശന ദുർമ്മദമോചന

 ദ്വാദശ ലോചന ശോഭിതനേ

ദുരിത വിമോചന ശംഭുകുമാരക

നിൻപദമേകം ശരണം മേ

 

Dukha  vinasana , durmadha mochana

Dwadasa  lochana  shobhithane

Duritha vimochana   Sambhu  kumaraka

Nin padham yekam Saranam mama

 

Oh Destoyer  of sorrows , One who frees  us from bad habits

One who shines  with  twelve  eyes

Oh son of  Shiva who frees  us from sufferings

Only your feet  is my protection
