Maha  Vishnu  Prayer

നമസ്തുഭ്യം ഭഗവതേ

വാസുദേവായ ധീമഹി ।

പ്രദ്യുമ്നനായാനിരുദ്ധായ

നമഃ സങ്കർഷണായ ച ॥

 

Namasthubhyam Bhagawathe

Vasudevaya  deemahi

Pradhymnaaya  nirudhaaya

Nama  sankarshanaya  cha

 

I salute  the God

Let  Vasudeva  give me higher  intellect

Let  Pradhyumna  who is separate

And salute also to  the God who unites

 

 

നമോ വിജ്ഞാനമാത്രായ

പരമാനന്ദമൂർത്തയേ ।

ആത്മാരാമായ ശാന്തായ

നിവൃത്തദ്വൈതദൃഷ്ടയേ ॥

 

Namo Vijana maathraaya

Paramaananda  moorthaye

Athmaaramaya santhaaya

Nivrutha  dwaitha  drushtaye

 

Salutations  to him who is only knowleddge

The  form  which  is  divine  joy

He  who entertains  himself , who  is peaceful

He who surrounds  everything  and who is  seen as two

 

ത്വദ്രുപാണി ച സർവാണി

തസ്മാത്തുഭ്യം നമോ നമഃ ॥

ഹൃഷീകേശായ മഹതേ

നമസ്തേയനന്തമൂർത്തയേ ॥

 

Thwad roopaani  cha  sarvaani

Thasthath  thubhyam  namo nama

Hrishikesaya  mahathe

Namasthe   Anantha moorthaye

 

All  your    different  form

Through  them I salute you

Oh great one  who is lord of all senses

I salute the god  who  is endless

 

യസ്മിന്നിദം യതഞ്ചൈതത്

തിഷ്ഠത്യപ്രതി ജായതേ ॥

മൃണ്മയീം വഹസി ക്ഷോണീം

തസ്മൈ തേ ബ്രഹ്മണേ നമഃ ॥

 

Yasmin idham yathainchathath

Thishathya  prathi  jaayathe

Mrinmayeem vahasi  kshoneem

Thasmai  they  Brahmane  nama

 

You who are that , which  is hidden in you

Exists  in   every  thing

And the earth lifts  everything that is made by you

And  salutation  to you   who  is brahman

 

യന്നസ്പൃശന്തി ന വിദുർ

മനോബുദ്ധീന്ദ്രിയാസവഃ ॥

അന്തർബഹിസ്ത‌്വം ചരതി

വ്യോമവത് തം നമാമ്യഹം ॥

 

Yannaspya santhina  vidhoor

Mano budhi indriyaa sava

Anthar  bahisthwam  charathi

Vyomavath tham Namamyaham

 

That  abode   which depresses ,

Is due to mind , brain and limbs

And that   travels  inside  and outside

And is  in heaven, My salutations

 

ഓം നമോ ഭഗവതേ

മഹാപുരുഷായ മഹാഭൂതപതയേ ॥

 

Om namo  Bhagwathe

Maha  purushaaya Maha bhootha  pathaye

 

Om   salutations  to God

Who is  the great Purasha and great  lord of all beings

 

സകലസത്ത്വഭാവിവ്രീഡ-

നികരകമലരേണൂത്പല-

നിഭധർമാഖ്യവിദ്യയാ

ചരണാരവിന്ദയുഗള ॥

 

Sakala sathva bhavi  vreeda

Nikara kamala  renuthpalan

Ibha  dharmaakhyaa vidhyayaa

Charanara vindha yugala

 

That whichmakes all beings in future modest

The  blossom of group of lotus flowers

The knowledge of the dharma of the family

The  twin  divine  lotus  like feet
