Damodhara  yennum  kaatheedene

 

Oh  Narayana, Oh Hari Oh Vasudeva  protect  me

Oh  Damodara  please  protect me  always

 

സംശുദ്ധ പ്രേമത്തിൻ പര്യായമല്ലയോ

മാധവാ നിന്നുടെ ലീലകളും.

 

SAmshuddha  premathin  paryayam allayo,

Maadhava  ninnude  leelakalum

 

Are you not the  synonym  of  very  pure  love

OH Madhava  your  sports

 

സർവ സൗഭാഗ്യ ദായകനാകുന്ന

ലോകൈക നാഥനേ മേഘവർണാ.

 

Sarva  saubhaghya dhayakan  aakunna

Lokaika  nadhane, Megha  varna

 

Oh Lord  of  all the  world  who is the giver

Of  all types  of luck , Oh lord with colour  of cloud

 

നിൻ പാദ ഭക്തിയെൻ മാനസം തന്നുള്ളിൽ

പൂർണേന്ദു പോലെ വിളങ്ങേണമേ.

 

Nin padha  bakthi yen manasam thannullil

Poornendhu poale vilangidene

 

Let  the  devotion  to your  feet  , shine

Like a full moon  in my  mind

 

മോഹനമാകുന്ന നിൻമന്ദഹാസങ്ങൾ

കാണുവാൻ ഭാഗ്യമുണ്ടായീടണേ.

 

Mohanamaakunna  nin  mandha  haasangal

Kaanuvaan  Bhagyam undaayidene

 

Let  me have luck  to see

Your  very pretty  smile

 

കൃഷ്ണൻറെ നാമജപം കൊണ്ടു മാനസം

പാപ വിമുക്തമായ് തീർന്നീടണേ.

 

Krishnande  mama japam  kondu  maanasam

Paapa  vimukthamaayi  theernnidena

 

May  mind  be  fully  clear of  sins

Due  to chanting  Krishna’s  name
