അമ്മ യശോദയ്ക്കോ ഉണ്ണിയായി

വെണ്ണകട്ടുണ്ണുന്ന കണ്ണനല്ലേ ...

കണ്ണനാമുണ്ണിയെ കൈതൊഴുന്നേൻ

പീലിത്തിരുമുടി കൈതൊഴുന്നേൻ ...

Devakikku  yennennum omanayaai

Devakalkku aaswasamekuvaanai

Ambadi thannil valarnna  oar unni

Kannanaam unniye  Kai  THozhunnen

Peeli  thirumudi kai thozhunnen

 

Are  you also not  the son of Vasudeva

Becoming darling  forever to Devaki,

And for giving  solace  to Devaki

AS a  baby you  grew up in Gokula

I am saluting  the baby  Krishna

I salute one with peacock feather on his hair

തൂണിൽ തുരുമ്പിലും നീയിരിപ്പൂ

നാരായണാ താണു കൈതൊഴുന്നേൻ ..

Naraya Verayathum  nee yallayo

Kani  kaanum  nerathe kalla  nottam

Kari  megha  varna nin leela yere

Thoonil thurumbilum  nee yirippu

Narayana  Thaanu  kai  thozhunnen

 

You are the  one who him himself in the divine  music

You are    the  one  who is the tap root

That deceitful look  when I see  you in Kani(first time in a day)

You who has colour  of black cloud , your games are many

You are there in the pillar  and the dust

Oh Narayana, I bend and salute  you

ആശ്രയം നീതന്നെ കൈതൊഴുന്നേൻ ..
