A world record for translation of Stotras to me

I have been awarded the world record-Maximum English  Translation  of  Hindu Prayers

By

P.R.Ramachander

The  International  book of world records informed me

The World Record for “MAXIMUM NUMBER OF HINDU PRAYERS TRANSLATED INTO ENGLISH AND SHARED ONLINE” was achieved by P. R. RAMACHANDER on 11th April 2026 from Bangalore, Karnataka, India. He translated 3,121 Hindu prayers into English and uploaded them online and has set a new world record for International Book of Records.”

They also  sent me a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lkq_yZKdfyM

I started my  English translation  of Hindu stotras  in the year 2002,

As and when I translated , I used to post in my yahoo group(called ramya 475 ) initially,   then in the Celextel  Vedantha  Spiritual library ,Sathya Sai baba  Brother  hood channels  of Poland  ,and Hindu pedia of USA.

As  on 11th April I had translated  3121 Hindu prayers(155 Hindi prayers 360  Malayalam prayers and 325 Tamil prayers and 2281 sanskrit  prayers )

Some  important points

1Why?

1.I wanted  the person who prays should  understand  what he prays

2.I wanted  it  to be in English with  transcription so that , so that  my religion would live for ever  and it would be available  to the future  generation  who may not  know  their  mother  toungue or sanskit

3.I wanted   that  it should facilitate  translation  of  Great  Stotras  of Hindus  in all languages  of the world

4.Large  number  of foreigners  are getting interested  in Hindu religion and they  should get the Hindu prayers  they want

Where is it available?

All my translations  done up to the 2020 are available  in pdf form in http://www.hindupedia.com/en/User:P.R.Ramachander  ,The translations done afterwards are  available in https://stotrarathna.blogspot.com/

Any conditions?

No condition at all. There is no copy right, Any one can publish it any where .If they give an acknowledgement  it would be great

Acknowledgements

I spent large part of my time  after  retirements in these  translation  .My Wife Smt V.Jayalakshmi (who is in heaven now) kept  on encouraging  me to do this ,I dedicate all my work  and World record  to her.

Thouands  of friends  helped me  by encouraging  and appreciating  my translations .When by chance  I do a  mistake they used  to correct me.My humble  sense  of acknowledgements to all of them
