Nee vilangidum nisthoola shailam,

Nithyavum jnangalkku  bhavanam

Nin pada padmam , pon pada  padmam,

Nithyavum  jnangalkku   saranam,

SAbari gireesaa    saranam

The tall mountain where you shine  ,

Is  the home   daily for us,

Your lotus  feet, golden lotus feet,

Daily   is our  protection  ,

I surrender  to you,   God of Sabari giri

Manjin vella kodikal  uyarthi,

Mandala naalukal , maadi  vilikkumbol,

Ponnambala  mele, makara  pon mani,

Dheepa prabhanguram  vidarumbol,

Ninne  vilikkum janam , allathe  ,

Mannil mathaarayyappa, Ayyappa  , Ayyappa

Raising the  flags in the mist ,

When the Mandala  days  are calling us,

On the golden temple , the golden gem of Makaram,

And when the  light calling us   opened upo ,

Apart from the people calling you Ayyappa,

Who else   is there  in this world , Ayyappa

Nin paripavana   charitham paadi ,

Pambayil yilakal  thambboru  meettumbol,

Neela vanangalil  ilangidum tharu

Shikhara mudukkukal  kotti  thullumbol,

Sannidhi  thedum  janamallathe,

Mannil mathaarayyappa, Ayyappa, Ayyappa

When your divine   story is sung,

When the leaves  in Pamba  plays the string of lyre,

The plant which shakes  on the blue sky,

Is dancing along with the drum at  the peak ,

Except the people  who search for your temple,

Who else   is there  in this world , Ayyappa
