Achyutha  Namashtakam

(The eight  names of Achyutha)

Chant just eight  names of Vishnu thrice  in the dawn, noon and dusk  and you will get  most of the things you want)

Achyutham, kesavam Vishnum, harim, sathyam  janardhanam,

Hamsa  , narayanan chaiva methan namashtakam  padeth,  1

Trisandhya ya paden nithyam , daridryam thasya  nasyathi

Sathru  sainya kshaya karam yaathi, duswapna sukhadho  bhaveth,  2

Gangaayam maranam chaiva drudaa  bakthisthu   kesave,

Brahma vidhyaa  prabodascha  thasmad  nithyam paden nara  3

They  who read the    eight  names, “Achyutha, Kesava  ,Vishnu,  Hari  , Sathya,

Janardhana, Hamsa     and   Narayana

Those who read it daily at dawn, noon and dusk, their  poverty would  be destroyed,

The armies of their enemies would get diminished, bad  dreams  would become good

They   will get  death in Ganga , firm devotion  tp Kesava,

Would get knowledge of Brahman and so let human beings read it daily
