(Though  I got a book published by Sri PG  Krishnamurthy  , Thane, I got  not get any reference to prayer  in the web.In the book he has givn the meaning  but  I translated  it in my own way, Requesting pardon of the  author who published the book.

After  an introduction  the book  has  Vighneswara Manasa  Pooja. 1,Bharathi pranipathyaaham phala lochana bhaminim

Bhoothaye cha  Abdhi samboothaamibhasya Nuthimaarabhe

 

I salute Goddess Saraswathi, and the wife  of God with  eye in forehead

And also her  who rose  from the ocean and I start with Praise  to lord  with elephant face

 

2.Apara gruna vighnesa, paripoorna  kalaa nidfhe

Kalaa vijnaana moodaaya Vaangmayam may  pradheeyathaam

 

Oh God Vighnesa of  boundless  compassion, Oh complete  treasure of arts

Let this ignorant one of time and literature be made proficient in  language

 

3.Vaagh vaidagdhya madhan akhila kala praveenya darpaadhapi

Prarabdha  sthava  yesha loka  mahathaam kaarunya bhaajaa  mayaa

Vighneswangri sume chidhraa  sava ghane, hyaasakthitho bhoothale

Vidhwamsa karunaapaaraa yiha  cha maam nindheyunandhithaa

 

Not with  expertise  in language, nor with  pride  in expertise  of all arts

The compsing of this  verse by me  about  the greatest  one  in world has been commenced

But because of the flower  attached  to feet of  Lord Vighneswara who has greatestefflugence  in the world

And let  not the great  intellectuals  attached to his  feet  condem me

 

4.Ganeswara ananda guro Kadham mayaa

Thavanubhaavo anupamo athra varnayathaam

Yatho maha moha  samakulaa brusam

Madheeya dheera alpa  ganaa cha varthathe

 

Oh  God Ganesa, the  guru of joy, how  can

Your comparisonless splendor be described, Which is

Steeped  in greatness and drowning  me in illusion

Because  my intellectual  capacity  in limited.

 

5.Prathyemi noonamanayaa Gana nadhaa  nithyaa

THushtir bhavennahi thavethi vichithra  sakthe

Kim thwadhyaa may bhavathu saarasanaa   thwadheeyaa

Namokthi vaibhava kruthaarthidhaa vaagh vilasa

 

Oh  Lord Ganesa who has  divine powers, I am assuming

That  you would  be pleased  with  this  euology of yours

Because I am ignorant  , let  this  become  very interesting

As My  toungue  has  become  proficient  by chanting your names

 

6.sthothum  vyavasyathi puman yadhi kaschidh asya

Janmaanthara prachura  punyathayevan ththwaam

Porvaarjitham  suktham eesa  vinantharangam

Sath karmaani prasarathiha kadham  janaanaam

 

A person can  pray  you only if  he has  some

Punya  stored  in the previous  births,

Oh god unless  , effect  of good deeds  ,

Are  stored  in previous births, How  can his mind engage in this  birth

 

7.Dharma artha kama bhava bandha  vimoksha  roopam

Naaham  samarjayamaho purushartha vargam

Than mukhya moksha  gathaye aham ihavalambhe

THwadh dhivya  chihna padha  vaarija bakthimeva

 

I  did  not earn Enough  enjoyment  of  the four fold pleasures

Of Dharma, wealth, passion   and salvation

At this stage I am seeking  the most  important

Among them that  is salvation by devotion  to your lotus like  feet

 

8.Yasmaath  kalou duritha  sanchaya  bhara  poorne

Naastheethi vaadhi guru  vadha  sudooshithe  asmin

Thwath paadhyor yibhamukha sthira  bakthireva

Rakshaa  karee bhuvi  nrunaam ithi may vitharkka

 

In this  Kali age  which is a collection of sufferings

Due  to atheism   and argument and telling bad  of guru

Oh Lord  with elephant face, the  constant devotion  to  your feet

Is the one that  protects the world always beyond any argument

 

9.Hey Sachidanandha  mayaadhi  heena

Bhavandhyaa  poora tharangithathmaa

Madheeya  mantha karanam pravishya

SAmrakshathu prathyaham  uthpadhanmaam

 

Oh God  of  truth , divinity and  joy, who is  without  beginning

Who is repository  and  the  ocean   of compassion,

Please  enter  deep  inside  me

And protect me daily from entering wrong path

 

10.Mama  thanu lasitha paramaathma  thejo

Guruthara  mohathamisra maayayaa  maam

Subhatamayi ganesa dhoomayanthyaa

SAha niyu yuthsumiho ajitham  kuruthwaa

 

Oh Lord Ganesa , when thelight  of my God   covers me

With  very dark  passion  mixed  with  illusion

Oh Lord   Ganes please strengthen my defences

Along with   endevour  to fight and make me unsurpassed

 

11,Panchendriya   dwara  kavata  bandham

Panchanana ananda nandanaasu

Vidhathsva maarga  vishayeshi thairmey

Yath karmanaa chitha midhanna  gachheth

 

The joy  giving   child to  five faced  lord  Shiva

Please close  the  doors to the five seneses and action

So that  my mind  does  not do thorough material  thoughts

And  by that  action, tie  up my sense  organs

 

12.bakthyullasaath sajjana  kanda bhooshaa

BHootham hrudananda karam mahargam

Sthitham  chidaakaasa  padhe  adhya bakthyaa

Kreenaami vithena ganesa rathnam

 

With the joy of devotion I  shall get  with money the good  ornament Ganesa

For the neck which  will make the heart happy of   all beings

Who live  lives in in divine  sky  and make it

The jewel of  the  neck of the righteous  people

13.Ganeswara samethya vinatha baktha kama pradha

Sphuran mani sikhangurai roopa visaathra hrudhyasane

Yadha  mathi thava arhanaamiha hrudhaa vidhasyamaham

Krupamrutha  maha dadhe paramudhaa anumasya  maam

 

Oh Lord  Ganesa who fulfills  the  desires  asked  by his  devotees

Be pleased to come in your form of  splendor , in the seat  of my mind

To the  extent  of my knowledge  and ability, I would  worship  you mentally

Oh  great ocean of nectar  of mercy, Please  accept  and  honour

 

14.Payo dadhi  grutham, madhu sphuta  , sugandha thailam mudhaa

Ganesa  manasaa mayaa rasavad  ikshu  saaram cha the

Sumaa guru vaasitham vimala punya theerthodhakam

Samaa hritham ihaasthi thath kramasa yeva samsanahi thai

 

Milk, curd  , honey, purified and scented oil, sugarcane  juice,

Pure water sanctified  by chant  of suitable  manthras and made

Sweet smelling by sprinkling  flowers  and unguents have  been kept  ready,

Oh Ganesa in proper  order in my mind, Please  accept them and have a  happy  bath

 

15.Dhukoolam athi  baaswaram vividha varnamyanchalam

Manojna mahasaajnayair lasitham uthareeyam guro

Supaadhyam idham arghyamapyamala yajna  soothram shubham

Thava  aachamana  karmananombu cha samahrutham  sweekuru

 

Dazzling  , multicoloured silk cloth to adorn  your hips

Mind charming  , pretty   shining  upper  cloth made of glittering material

Water  for  washing  you feet , and water for drinking, auspicious  sacred  thread

Water for inner purification  have  been brought  and kept  , please receive  them

 

16.Vishalamaguru  dravair mrugamadhaavilair varthibhis

Sugandha  yutha chandanaischapareedhishva sarvangakam

Prabatha  ravideedeeithi prathima sath kireetam vibho

Suvarna  maya kundale cha manasarpithe sweekuru

 

With  the mixture of  swwt smellingsandal paste, and musk 

Produced  by animals living in caves, please  apply  all over  your  broad  body

Oh Lord  please  adorn yourselves with great crown  shining  like  morning sun

And the  golden ear  studs , that  I offer  to you mentally

 

17.Maharha sitha maukthikair  lasitha rathna  haaraa  valim

Grahana  gala booshanam, kanaka  kankanam  choujjwalam

Navangulee  vibhooshanam navabhiradhya rathnai krutham

Pasaasyaam api kanchukam cha hara  nandana  sswrrkuru

 

The  garlands  made  of  great shining pearls and   and other  precious stones

Please wear  it as a ornament  to your neckplease also wear golden bracelet

The nine rings made  of nine gems  to decorate your fingers which  are  suitable to propitiate nine planets

And also the very praiseworthy  robe , Please  accept them, Oh  Son of Lord Shiva

 

18,Vidhoora  mani moukthikair haritha sona neelasmaabhi

Prasarpi ruche mandalaanya athitharaam manojnaani  cha

Brujantharavishobha kaanyapi vibhooshanaaniha the

Gruhaana gana nadha madh  hrudaya  kalpithaani prabho

 

 

 

19.Lalata  phalake vibho sasikalaam navaam haimarneem

Nivesaya cha gandayor aruna  dhivya kasmeerajam

Ureekuru thavorasee sphuradhanarga  chinthamaneem

Vichinthitha phala  pradham mama hrudhaa mudhaa kalpitham

 

Oh Lord , please  decorate your forehead with moon’s  crescent made  of Gold

Please apply the heavenly  red saffron paste  on your  cheeks

Please wear on your chest the shining  invaluable   chinthamani

All of which  will confer  the boons  they  want on your devotees though they are  made mentally

 

20,Niranjana gajanannaam amala sugandha mandharakais

Trivishtap tharuthbhavai vividha pushpa vrundai kruthai

Navaa  malaka pathrakair  haritha bilwa durvangurai

Galam thava vibhooshayaasaya bhavaischa malyair vibho

 

Oh Spotless  elephant faces one, please  beautify  your neck,

The  garland made  of  flawless and fragrant  mandhara  flowers,

And various  flowers  of trees  from  garden of devas, fresh  doseberry leaves

And  tender  leaves  of Bilwa, which I offer in the  imagination of my mind

 

21.Sireesha suma  champair sitha saroruha  indhivarai

Navaa  malaka  pallavai ganapa raktha  padmaischa  they

Kusamkura  kadhambakai  kudaja  parijathair  mayaa

Gurhaana manasaa  krutham  padha  yuge cha puspanjaleem

 

Oh Lord  Ganapathi , please  accept  worship by soft petalled  flowers  , Champaka

White  lotus, blue  lotus  , red lotus, fresh

Tender  leaves  of Gooseberry,  kusa  grass

Flowers  of Kadamba, kujata  and parijatha, all imagined  in my mind

 

22.Sugandhamihamakkulaa guru paraaga  dhoopam vibho,

Ganesa  thava darsayaami manasaa adha  thejomayam

Gruthena paripooritham kanakaa nirmitham mangalam

Pradheepa magha  nasakam thimira vairinam manjulam

 

Oh Lord Ganesa  , I offer  you incense  smoke made of agaru pollen

And show before  you auspecious shining  golden  lamp mentally

Which  is  filled   with ghee , all  mentally, which dispels

Darkness and which is enemy  of darkness and  is pleasing

 

23.Ganesa pradhu lodhara dwiradha vakthra they annam gruthai

Payodadhigulair  yutham, hrudhaya  modhakam modhakam

Visesha  ruche payasam madhura pauli bakshyanvitham

Mayaadhyaa manasaa arpitham prathi gruhaana baktharthihan

 

Oh Ganesa  with huge belly and face  of elephant, Mentally  ,

I offer  you rice with ghee , milk and  curd and tastey modhaka with all my heart

Also  Payasa  wityh special taste. Sweet boil  which  is nic to eat

All these  illusory  food are appeared are offered  with all my heart , please accept them

 

24.Nava amra  kadhali phale badara  ruchya jambu  phale\

Supakvam iha daadimam panasa masavasravyalam

Nithantha madhuraamrutha prasrumaraani cha  anyaani they

Phalani hrudyaarpitha anyaye vibho  mayaa sweekuru

 

Oh Lord  please accept  fresh mango , kadali banana , jujubes and jambu fruits

The  properly ripe  pomegranate, the jack fruit  oozing  sweet juice

And other  fruits  as sweet as nectar  as   well as  others

I am offering them mentally , please  accept  them

 

25,Yiha  amala jalam cha  they vividha punya  theertha  hrutham

Karam cha vadhanam thava pramadha pala vikshaalaya

Nithantha  durithaasane hara sutha thwam aachamya  cha

Drutham  kanaka bhooshanair roopa visaathrdeepthaasane

 

Oh Son  of Lord Shiva , here is pure water  from several  sacred sources

Please wash your  hands  , face , oh lord  who looks  after  pramadhas,

Who destroys  all  endless   troubles  like  a thunderbolt

Please be seated  quickly wearing gold ornaments in the  illuminated  throne  of my heart

 

26.Dadhamya  guru vaasithaam  vimala varthi meladhipam

Sugandha thara vasthubhi sahitha naaga vallischathe

Yadha vidhi sadakshinaam vyajan matha pathram guro

Mudha  Ganapathe hrudhaa karunayaa adhunaam  angeekuru

 

Please  accept oh Guru, I offer  you sweet  smelling betel leaves  along with Betelnuts

Which  are  made  fragrant by adding Aguru, cardamom and other  sweet ingradients

With  proper  dakshina , fan as well as umbrella, all of which  are  produced in my mind

Oh Ganapthi  , mercifully accept them with happiness  and recognize them

 

27.Samastha jagatham brusam shubhakaram cha rakshaakaram

Vichithra mukha samsphurah vimala deepikaa aaradhanam

Manojnathar kundamalopama, shikavali bhaswaram

Prabho preethi grahaana they vihitha Chandra neeraajanam

 

Please accept  the worship  with the burning lamp, which  protects  the world,

Which protects Which  makes things pure and  which  is  very pure

Please  also  accept  the worship  with  lighted  camphor,

Which steals  the mind, which  is very pretty and beautiful but offered mentally

 

28,Visarpi Ghana saurabhyair nabhasi, dhivya  puspairham

Subakthi  rasa  chethasaa padha  saroja  yughme thava

Bhavabdhi tharanou nrunaam vimala sachidh ambho  nidhou

Nidhow  cha mahasaam  kaomya adha vibho sahasrarchanam

I offer to you thousand divine flowers   with  great  fragrance.

With mind  full  of devotion to your  lotus  like  twin feet

Which help  us to cross  the ocean of Samasea , very pure

Which  are like flood light  guiding people, Please  accept them oh lord

 

29.Sthaveemyayee nathathmanaa hara  thanooja dhivyai sthavai

Bhavantha  mahithasane mahitha punya dhivyaa kruthe

Pranamaam adha thai karomyaham asankhya sashtangakai

Praseedha parameshwra pranatha baktha chinthamane

 

Oh Lord Shiva  I shall praise  you with prayers with no comparison

Oh lord who  grants  desired boons, Who has  divine form which is worshipped

I am now  saluting you fully on floor with with eight  parts  of my body touching

Be  pleased oh divine God, who is fulfiller  of all desires  to the devotees  who pray you

 

30.Chathurvidha manoharaa kalitha, vaadhya goshairaham

Gajanana vinodhanam virachayaami lokesa they

Sudukhavishayaadh bhavadhamiths vighnaraasor  vibho

Ghadhadha asubha sanchayaath kali  malaacha maam  thaaraye

 

Oh Lord with elephant face, Oh God  of the world, I would provide you,

With musical sound of four  types  of pretty  instruments

Oh Lord  who prevents obstackes, please save me from distressing  worldly  experiences

Bundle of cycle of births and deaths  , inauspicious events and mischieves of kali purusha

 

Sreyo  bhooyath sarva  janaanaam

Let all people live with fame
