Chandra  Shekara, bhavath  padhangal   , hrudhi  santhatham  vilayyaduvaan

SAngadangal  akhilam pozhinju, shiva sankarande  Kripa  yesuvaan

Gangayum jadayil dharichu, shiva gangayaakkiya  maheswaran

Thath  kadaksha  saramelkuvaan, hrudaya  geetham innu  samarpanam

 

Oh Chandrashekara , for your feet  to always play  in my heart

For all the sorrows    to go away, and to the mercy of Shiva Sankara to blow

For The  Great  God   who wears  the ganges on his head and made it Shiva Ganga

To hit me   with an arrow  of his sight , Today I  am offering  the music of my heart

 

Naga bhooshitha  padangalum , chatula thalamodu thiru nadanavum

Basma bhooshitha  ura sthalam, harina charmavum , phani  ganangalum

Vasuki pari visobhitham, vimala vakshassum  Bhava  bhayyapaham

Chandra shekara  thelinju kaanenam , anthike  mama  sadhashiva

 

Your feet decorated  by  serpents, Your  divine  dance   with  fast thaa

Your chest  with sacred ash applied, The hide of tiger , the group of  snakes

Your stsaainless  chesy  decorated  by Vasuki are scary  to the fate

Chandra shekara , I want  to see  you clearly at the end , Oh Sadhashiva

 

Neela kanda , thava  neela  kandavum   , athil pulojara  Himalayavum

BHuvi shobha  vazhiyum karangalil, dam damarava  kadum thudi

Soolapani  maha  trisoolamathum vruga yenthi gathiyekuvaan

Oh  Lord Shiva , your blue neck,The Himalaya caught  in that

In the hands where  the shine of earth oozes out, The great  sound of  dam, dam

Oh Lord who has trident in his hand , oh Shambhu

Oh lord  holding  the great trident and the deer  for giving me salvation

Skandamaarnnu,  ida thoornnu, ugra visha sarpameri izhayunnoraa

Jadayum  ullil vilasunna gangayum adiyennennum azhal pokkanam

Yoga nasikayum  aarthare  karuthi aardhramaaya iru  mizhikalum

Tufted hair fully covering the shoulders, wit fierce  serpent  moving about

The  ganges shining about insidemay please  remove sufferings to me

The nose engaged  in yogam, the eyes getting wet  thinking of those who suffer
