பாபத்தைப் பொசுக்கிப் பாரெல்லாம் சிறப்புறவே;

 ஓம் ஸெளம் சரவணபவ ஸ்ரீம் ஹ்ரீம் க்லீம் என்றும்

க்லௌம் ஸௌம் நமஹ என்று; சேர்த்திடடா

 நாள்தோறும் ஓமிருந்து நமஹவரை ஒன்றாகச் சேர்த்திடடா

 

Papathai  posukki  paarellam  chirappurave

Om saum  Saravana bhava , sreem  hreem kleem yendrum

Kloum saum namaha  yendru   cherthidadaa

Naal thorum om irunthu  namaha  varai ondraaka

 

To destroy  sins  and all the  world  to cherish

Add “Om saum  Sarvana bhava , sreem  hreem kleem”

With “Kloum saum namaha”

All days  chant  from  “Om”  to  “namaha”

 

ஒன்றாகக் கூட்டியுமே உள்ளத்திலே இருத்தி;

ஒருமனத் தோடு நீ உருவையும் ஏத்திடடா;

முருகனின் மூலமிது முழுமனத்தோடேத்திட்டால்

மும்மல மகன்றுவிடும் முக்தியுந்தன் கையிலுண்டாம்

 

Ondraaka  koottiyume  , ullathile  iruthi

Oru mamnothodu   nee uruvayum  yethidadaa

Murukan  moolam ithu  , muzhu manathodu  othittal

Mummalam   akandru  vidum  , mukthi  un kayyil  undaam

 

Adding both  together, keeping it in your mind

With one  mind  , learn  it bye  heart

This  is  manthra of Murukaa, If you chant it with all your mind

Three  defects  would go away   and salvation   will be in your hand

 

முக்தியை வேண்டியுமே எத்திக்கும் செல்ல வேண்டாம்;

முருகன் இருப்பிடமே முக்தித்தல மாகுமப்பா

ஹ்ருதயத்தில் முருகனை இருத்திவிடு இக்கணமே;

 இக்கணமே மூலமந்த்ரம் ஏத்திவிடு ஏத்திவிடு

 

Mukthiyai  vendiyume  , yethikkum  chella  vendaam

Murukan  iruppidame  muthi thalam aakum appa

Idhayathil murukanai  iruthi vidu, ikkaname

Ikkaname  moola  manthram  yethi vidu  , yethi vidu

You need not go any where  in search of salvation

The place  where  Muruka lives  is the  place of salvation

Place Muruka in your heart , immediately

At this instant learn the  basic mantha  , learn

 

மூலமதை ஏத்துவோர்க்கு காலபய மில்லையடா;

காலனை நீஜயிக்க ஸ்கந்தனைப் பற்றிடடா;

சொன்னபடிச் செய்தால் ஸூப்ரஹமண்ய குருநாதன்;

தண்ணொளிப் பெருஞ்சுடராய் உன்னுள்ளே தானிருப்பான்;

ஜெகமாயை ஜயித்திடவே செப்பினேன் மூலமுமே;

 

Moolthai  yethuvorkku  Kala  BHayam  illayadaa

Kalanai  nee  jayikka, skandanai  pathidadaa

Sonna padi  seithaal , Subrahmanya  Guru Nathan

THannoli perum sudaraai unnulle thaan  iruppan

Jaga maayai  jayithidave   cheppinen Moolamume

 

To those  who have  basic in my mind, there is no fear of death

To  win over death, catch  hold of Skanda

If you  do as  told , The lord Subrahmanya   who is your guru

Would live in you as the big flame  of his  own light
