Oh great
Kali of pure valour, the
auspicious lotus,
The goddess with pretty form and mercy, you stood with
softness,
Becoming
magic as well as lamp, you came
clearly,
You became sky as well as earth
and achieved victory,
You drove away the dull brain and gave me good perfume
When the lord of flowers sang about you, you woke
up from faint,
