Thushtathmana maruvunnu budha janam
Drishtam yellam Maha mayethi bhavaanaal
When things we like comes
Or whrn things that we do not like comes
The wise man lives as satisfied person
Because what all happens is due to wish of Maha Maya
2,Janmam undaakil maranavum nischayam
Janmam marichavarkku varum nirnayam
AArkkum thadukkathoru avasthaye
Oarkanam yellam swa karma vasam gatham
If there is a birth, then death is definite
It is definite that birth will come to dead persons
These events are ones that cannot stopped by any one
Please remember that , every thing is due to one’s karma
3.THathwam arinjulla vidhhwan orikkalum
Putha mithra artha kalathraadhi vasthunaa
Ver pedum neravum dukham yillethume
Swapetham yennal sukham illethume
The learned man who knows philosophy never
Will never be sorry to the parting of sons,
Friends , wife or things , if they are all.
According to your wish, there is no joy in it
4.Kasya dukhasya ko hethur jaga thraye
Kasya Sukhaya vaa ko hi hethu sakhe
Poorva janma aarjitha karmam athre Bhuvi
SArva lokarkkkum suka dukha karanam
In these three words , what is the cause of sorrow
For whose pleasure, who is responsible
The Karma that we have earned in previous births
Is the cause of sorrow and pleasure of all people
5.BHogathinnai kondu kamikkayum venda
BHogam vidhi krutham, varjjikkayum venda
Vyartham oartholam vishadha praharshangal
Chithe shubhaa asubha karma phalodhaye
Do not desire for getting pleasure
Pleasure is according to fate, do not leave it out also
It is a waste for worrying and getting sorrow or joy
When good or bad things come
6.Marthya deham Punya paapangale kondu
Nithyam uthpannam vidhi vihitham Sakhe
Saukya dukhangal sahajam yevarkkume
Nikkavithalla suraasuranmaaraalum
The body of man is cause of producing sins and blessed deeds
They are arise daily and this is due to fate
Sorrow and pleasure are common for every one
And they cannot be stopped even by devas or asuras
7.Loke Sukhanantharam dukhamayi varum
AAkulamilla, dukhanantharam sukham
Dukha madhye sukhamaayum varum pinne
Dukham sukha madhyasthmaayum varum
In the world after pleasure sorrow comes
There is no problem , pleasure also comes out of sorrow
Later please comes in middle of sorrow
And in between sorrow pleasure also can come
8.Randum anyonya samyuktha maaye , yevanum
Undu, jala pangam yenna poale sAkhe
AAkyaal dairyena vidhwajjanam hrudhi
Soka harshamgal koodathe vasikkunnu
For every one both of them come mixed
Do not get worried, just like pure water and dirt
So wise people courageously, live
Without sorrow or joy in their heart

THushtothmana maruvunnu budha janam
Drushtamellam maha mayethi bhavanaal
At the time when only what we like comes
Or at time when only what we do not comes
Wise people live with satisfied heart
Because all that we see is due to decision of Maha Maya

Maarathalachu thozhichu , mura vilichu
Yere thalarnnu mohichu veeneeduvoor
Whether it is father or it is son
When they become a corpse, those who are great fools
Beat on their chest , greatly shout
And they would become gratly weak and fall down fainted
11.Nissaramethrayum samsaram oarkilo
Sath sangam onne shubha karamaai ullu
Thathra saukhyam varutheeduvaan nallathu
Nithyamaai ulloru santhi arika nee
Though very silly , if we think of the world
Company of good people, is the only good act
For getting pleasure in that, the good
Is a peace which is forever , please

Praakthan dehastha karmana pinneyum
Prapthamaam dehikku deham punarapi
Just like a drop of water sticking to the tip of the leaf
The temporary life span can end at any time
Due to the Acts of the body in your previous birth
Every being gets another body once again
13.Jeerna vasthukkal upekshichu dehikal
Poorna shobham nava vasthrangal kollunnu
Jeerna dehangalum avvannam upekshichu
Poorna shobham nava dehangal kollunnu
Bodies after throwing away old dilapidated cloths
Wear new cloths so that they fully shine
Like that the souls throw away old bodies
And take new bodies so that they shine fully

Athmavenna bodham yathonnu jagathraye
Mayayakunnathu nirnayam athinaale,
Kaya sambandhamaakum samsaaram bhavikkunnathu
Why is there a feeling that all the bodily things,
In this three worlds are soul
This is definitely Maya(illusion) and so
The physical life becomes depended on body
19.Undallo pinne vikshepa aavaranangal yennu
Randu roopam maayaykku yennu ariyuka , saumithre nee
Yennathil munnethallo lokathe kalpikkunnathu
Yennu arika athi sthoola sookshma bedhangalodum
Know that there are acts like throwing out and wrapping
,Which are two forms , Oh Lakshmana
In this first makes us imagine the world
And please understand that this is with micro andmega differences
20.Lingaadhi brhamanthamaam avidhyaa roopamathum
SAngadhi doshangale sambhavippikkunnathum
Jnanaroopiniyaakum vidhya aayathu mathethu
AAnanda prapthi hethu bhootha yennarinjaalum
That which is spread from body and mind to Brahmam is in form of ignorance
And is the cause for defects that cause desire on worldly things
And the other thing is form of knowledge and is all over
And education which has form of knowledge leads to getting that real joy
21.Thathan yennakilum puthran yennakilum
Pretharaayaal , athi moodaraayi ullavar
Maarathalachu thozghichu mura vilichu
Yere thalarnnu veeniduvor
Whether it is father or it is son

23.Dehoham yennulla bhavanayaa Mahaa
Mohena Saukhya Dukhangal Undaavunnu
Garbha vaasaadhi Dukhangalum Jandhu varga
Udhbhava nasavum Deha moolam sakhe
The notion that “I am body”, with great desire
The sorrow and pleasantness are born
The sorrow of living in womb and destruction
Of the class of animals are due to the body, friend
24.Sthoola sookshmaathmaka deha dhwayaal param
Mele iruppathu athma paran kevalan
Dehadhikalil Mamathwam upekshichu
Moham akannu athma jnaniyaai vaazhka nee
Much higher than the two tall and dwarf nodies,
Is soul divine as well one who is just one
If you leave out the sense of selfishness from the body,
You will live leaving desire as man who knows the soul
25.Dukha Harsha Bhaya Krodha lobhadhikal,
saukhya madha moha kama janmaahikal\
Ajnana lingathi nullava Yengine
Sujnana roopanaayulla Chidhatmani.
Sorrow , joy , fear , anger, avarice
Pleasure exuberance and passion
And others come under embrace of ignorance
26.Sambhavikkunnu vicharichu kaankilo
SAmbhavikunnithu deha abhimaaninaam
Kim Paramaathmami Saukhya Dukhadhikal
Sal prasadathingal illaa Randethume
That which happens, if we think about it
Things will happen to to those who have praise for body
In case of God there is no sorrow or joy
And for God there is no good or bad
