മടിയിലിരിക്കും ഉണ്ണിക്കണ്ണനെ
ഉണ്ണിഗണോതിക്കെന്തിഷ്ടം.
മടിയിലിരുത്തി മോദകമങ്ങിനെ
ഊട്ടുന്നുണ്ടതികേമത്തിൽ.

Unni ganothikku yendhu ishtam
Madiyiluruthi Modhakamangine
Oottunnundu Athi Kemathil
What a great liking to Baby Ganapathi
To the Baby Krishna who is sitting on his lap
He is making him sit on lap ,
And feedim him Modhaka in a great way
തുമ്പിക്കരമതിലുണ്ണിക്കണ്ണൻ
തൊട്ടുതലോടിയിരിക്കുന്നു
തിരിച്ചുമൂട്ടാറുണ്ടത്രേയീ
നന്ദകിശോരൻ,ഗണപതിയെ.

Nanda kisoran Ganapathiye
In hand like trunk is the baby Krishna
Is sitting him touching very closely
It seems the boy Krishna used
To knock Ganapathi by his ,
Head that Nanda kisora( joyful Krishna)
ഭക്തോത്തമനാം ശ്രേഷ്ഠൻകണ്ണനെ
മടിയിലിരുത്തിയ നാളന്ന് .
ചൊല്ലിയതെന്തായീടാ?മെന്നതു
ചോദിച്ചൂഞാനൊരുനാളിൽ.

Cholliyathu yenthaayeedaa yennathu
Chodhichu jnan oru naalil
On the day when he kept on his lap
The Krishna greatest devotee
One day I asked him,,
What did he tell?
നീലക്കാറണിമേഘമെനിക്കായ്
ചൊല്ലിത്തന്നതു കേൾക്കണ്ടേ?
ഊണുമുറക്കവുമൊരുമിച്ചാവണ-
മുണ്ണിക്കളികളുമായീടാം.
Nela kaarani megham yenikkai
Cholli thannathu kelkkande?
OOnum urakkavum onnichu aavanam
Unni kalikalum aayeedaam
Don’t you want to hear what
Was told to be by Krishna of blue black cloud colour
WE should eat and sleep together
And also should have baby play together
ഗണേശവാക്യം കേൾക്കണമുണ്ണി,
കണ്ണൻ കുഞ്ഞാണോർക്കേണം
ഉണ്ണിക്കളികൾ കണ്ടു രമിച്ചൂ
ഭക്തിയിലാറാടീ ഭക്തൻ.

Unni kalikal kandu ramichu
Bakthiyil aaraadi Bakthar
ഭക്തൻ തന്നുടെ മാനസതാരിൽ
അറിവിന്നലയായിരുപേരും
തന്നുണ്ണികളേപ്പോലവരങ്ങനെ
വാഴുന്നതു കണ്ടാമോദാൽ.

THannunnikale poale avar angine
Vaazhunnathu kandu aamodhaal
Deeo in side the mind of devotee
Both of them exist as wave of wisdm
Just like real kids seeing them,
Live, we can see it with great joy

ഭക്തോത്തമനും ജീവിച്ചു
ഓടുന്നുണ്ണിക്കണ്ണനെ,
തുമ്പിക്കൈയ്യാൽചുറ്റിയെടുത്തൂ

Odunna unni kannane
THumbi kayyal chuthi yeduthu
Getting drowned in the stream nectar of Bhagawatha
The very great devotee also lived,
He lifted on his trunk ,
The baby Krishna who was running
മടിയിലിരുത്തീ രക്ഷകഭാവം
ചമയും ലംബോദരനപ്പോൾ.
അതിമോഹനമാം ഈശ്വരദർശ്ശന
ഭാവം കണ്ടിട്ടാമോദാൽ
Madiyil iruthi Rakshaka BHavam
Chamayum Lambodharan Appol
Athi mohanamam , Easwara darsana
Kandu kittu aamodhaal
The God with a big paumch , immediately
made him sit on his lap just like a guardian
And that made a very pretty form of God
Which can be got only with great joy
കാലംപോകെ ജന്മനിയോഗാൽ
നേടീ വിപ്രൻ സായൂജ്യം.
നമിച്ചിടുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും ഭാഗവതാ മൃതമൂട്ടിയ "ഗുരുവരനെ"
മനസാം താമരമലരിൽ ചിത്രം
Due to the word of birth when time went by
That Brahamin Got Salvatio
Even today that great Guru who made us eat Nectar of Bhagawatha
Is saluted in the lotusflower of mind, wonders
തെളിഞ്ഞു കണ്ടൊരു "ഭാവനയെ".
അടിമലർ പണിയുന്നടിയൻ
"ഗണേശ കൃഷ്ണാ"കരുണാമൃതമരുളൂ.
അപ്പം,അട,മലരവിലും,മോദകമേകീടാം നീ കനിയണമേ...

Appam ada malar avilum modhakam yekeedaam nee Kaniyaname
The clearly seen imagination
I the poor one salute your lotus like feet
Oh GanesaKrishna , please bless us with nectar of mercy
We will give you Appam, Ada , puffed rice , beatenr rice and Modhakam, You should become Soft(Fruitful)
