Krishna  evam Trilokya  vijayam nama  Kavacham

(Here is a very remarkable Kavacham addressed to Lord Krishna. According  to the reference I have it was told by Lord Narayana  to sage Narada  at his request as told by Lord Shiva to sage Parasurama. Normally  in Kavachams , different names of the same God are requested to protect our different parts .But in this Kavacham  thBits of Manthra  like “Krishnaya Nama” , “Krishanya Swaha”   are requested to do the same  protection. Narada Uvacha:-

Narada said:-

1.Bhagavan srothumichami kim manthram   bhagwan hara,

Krupaya  adhath  Parasuramaya  stotram   cha varma cha

1.Oh God  , I like to hear that manthra   which was   told by Lord Shiva,

And so please tell me   that prayer of Parasurama and its formula also.

2,KOvaasya   manthrasya aaradhya   , kim phalam  kavachaya   cha,

Sthavanasya   phalam kim , thad  bhavan   vakthum arhasi

2.What is the result of worshipping  with that manthra, What result does that  armour give,

What is the result  of the prayer and it is necessary for you to tell all this.

3.Narayana  Uvacha:-

Lord Narayana   said:-

Manthraradhyo hi bhagwan   paripoornathama swayam,

Golokanadha  , Sri Krishno, Gopa gopeeswara  prabhu

3.BY  worshipping by that manthra  , That God of Goloka,

Lord Krishna   and Lord of Gopas and Gopis would fully  like it.

4.Trilokya vijayam nama  kavacham pramathbutham,

Sthavarajam  maha punyam   bhoothi yoga samudhbhavam,

5.That  armour which is called “Victory over three worlds”  is greatly  wonderful,

That very blessed king of all stotras  would  give us super human power.

6.Swayam prabha nadhi there  Parijatha  vananthare,

AAsrame  LOka devasya   Madhavasya cha  sannidhou.

6.On the  banks of river  Swayam Prabha  , in the forest of Parijata,

And in the  hermitage Madhava the  God of the people   was present.

7.Mahadeva Uvacha:-

Lord Prameswara  told:-

Vathsa gacha  Mahabhaga   brugu vamsa  samudhbhava  ,

Puthradhikosi  premna   may kavacha grahanam kuru

Go lad  who  has great strength   and who was  born in the   clan of Brugu,

You are  a son  who has very great love , go and wear   that armour

8.Srunu Rama  pravakshyami   brahmande  paramathbudham,

Trilokya  vijayam nama  , Sri Krishnasya   jaya vaham,

8.Oh Rama hear  to what I sat  , this is  a great wonder  in all universes,

For this armour of victory over three   worlds , lead to the  victory of Lord Krishna

9.Sri Krishnena   puraa datham  goloke   Radhikasrame  ,

Rasa mandala   madhye cha   mahyam  VRundavane vane.

9.This was given in by gone times by Lord Krishna  , in Goloka , in the hermitage of Radha ,

In the middle of the rasa dance circle in  forest of Vrindavana    to me.

10.Athi guhya tharam thathvam  sarva manthrogha   vigraham,

Punyath punyatharam   chaiva   param   snehad dhadhami they.

10.This is a very secret principle  and is  represents   all the Manthras,

It   is most blessed among blessed  and is given to you  because of my love   to you.

11.Yad druthva  patanad devi  , moola prakruthireeswari,

Shumbam Nishumbham    mahisham  Rakthabheejam   jagana ha.

11.The goddess   who is the goddess of  the origin of nature ,  after  reading and wearing it

Killed Shumba, Nishumbha  , Mahisha   and  Rakthabeeja.

12,Yad druthwaham   cha  jagatham  samhartha, sarva thathwa vith  ,

Avadhyam tripuram   poorva   durantham     api  leelaya.

12.After  wearing it  , the destroyer of the world   who is an expert in all philosophies,

Destroyed the   three cities  which were earler causing problem just as a   sport.

13.Yad druthwa  padanath Brahma   sasruje srushtimuthamam,

Yad druthwa  Bhagawancheshoi vidathe   viswameva    cha.

13.Wearing this Lord Brahma    did the creation like stream,

Wearing this  the God Adhisesha   started carrying  the earth.

14.Yad druthwa koorma   rajascha   sesham dathe   hi leelaya ,

Yad druthwa  BHagawan Vayu Viswadharo  vibhu swayam,

14.Wearing this   the king tortoise  gave the earth to Sesha as a sport,

Wearing this the wind God   became the Lord  who supports the  entire earth.

15.Yad druthwa bhathi bhuvane thejo rasi swayam  Ravi,

Yad druthwa   padanath CHandro  Maha bala parakrama.

15Wearing this   Lord  Sun God   that which supiled to the  entire world,

Wearing this and reading it  the moon got great strength   and valour.

16.Agasthya sagarath  saptha yad druthwa patanathpapou ,

Chakara   thejasa jeeerna   daithyam   vathapi samjnakam.

16.Agasthya after   wearing this took     and drank  the waters  of seven seas,

And  he also    digested    with power the asura   called   Vathapi .

17.Yad druthwa padanath devi   sarva dhara  Vasundhara,

Yad druthwa  padanth  poothaa Ganga bhuvana  pavani.

17.After   wearing this  the Goddess  gushed out  all over  the earth,

Wearing and reading this  the very pure Ganga  sanctified   the earth.

18.Yad druthwa jagathaam sakshi   dharmo dharma  vidham vara,

Sarva  Vidhya adhi devi sa    yacha  druthwa  Saraswathi.

19.Wearing   this Yama  the great  follower of Dharma became the  witness of the world,

And wearing this  Goddess  Saraswathi  became  the  goddess  of all knowledge .

20.Yad druthwa Jagatham Lakshmir anna dhathri parathpara,

Yad druthwa padanad  VEdan    SAvithri  saa sushaava  cha.

20.Wearing this  the  Goddess  Lakshmi of the universe , became the giver  of food  to the greatest  God,

And wearing and reading this  all the devas  Savithri was able to get the  Vedas  easily.

21.Vedascha dharma vaktharo  yad druthwa   padanath brugo,

Yad druthwa   padanath  cchuddhasthejaswi   havya vahana  ,

SAnathkumao BHagwan yad druthwa   Jnaninaam  vara.

21. Sage Brugu became the  spokes man of Vedic Dharma,

Wearing and reading  this   the fire God  became  pure lustrous.

And wearing this the  God  SAnathkumara  became  the greatest wise sage.

22.DAthavyam Krishna-bhakthaya  sadhave  cha  mahathmane,

SAtaya   parasishyaya  dathwa mruthyuvapunyath.

22.Krishna  would gave  what is meant  for    the great people  and sage devotees,

To   his  greatest adamant disciples and would  make the death as his own.

23.TRilokya vijayasyasya  Kavachaya  Prajapathi ,

Rishi , CHandascha Gayathri   devo Raseswara  swayam

23.To this  armour of victory  over three worlds   the sage  is,

Prajapathi  ,meter  is Gayathrii    and god addressed is lord of Rasa leela  himself.

24. Trilokya VIjaya  prapthou  viniyoga prakeerthithaa,

Parathparam   cha Kavachan  thresh lokeshu  durlabham,

25.It is being chanted  for  winning over three  worlds and is being commenced,

This armour with greatest divinity   is difficult to get in the three  worlds.

26. Pranavo may  Sira pathu   Sri Krishna  nama sadaa,

Payath kapalam Krishnaya  swaha  Panchakshara  smrutha.

25.Let my head be protected  by “Om Krishnaya  nama”.

Let  the skull cap grow   with “Krishnaya swaha”   which is remembered by Lord Shiva

26.Krishnethi pathu nethre   cha Krishna swahethi tharakam,

Haraye nama ithyevam   brullatham   pathu may sadaa,

26.Let Krishna protect the  eyes and  “Krishna swaha” makes you get salvation,

Let  the eye brows be protected  always  by “Haraye Nama.”

27.Om Govindaya swahethi   nasikam pathu santhatham,

Gopalaya  namo  Gandow  pathu may   sarvatha  sadaa.

27.Let “Om Giovindaya swaha  “  always  protect the nose  .

And “Gopalaya  nama” always and foever  protect  my entire  face.

28.Om  namo gopanganesaya   karno pathu   sadaa  mama,

Om Krishnaya  nama  saswath pathu   may   adhara  yugmakam,

28. Let “OM namo Lord of Gopis” protect my ears   always,

Let “Om Krishnaya nama “always protect my two lips.

29.Om Govindaya swahethi  danthoughan   Sadaavathu ,

Pathu  Krishnaya   danthadho   danthordhwa kleem sadavathu

29, Let  “Om Govindaya swaha  “ protect my teeth formation.

And let  “KLeem Krishna  “ protect  corroding teeth as well as long teeth.

30.Om Krishnethi  swahethi   jihvikaam  pathu may sadaa,

Raseswarata  swahethi   thalukam   pathu may sadaa.

30 Let “OM Krishnaya  swaha  : protect my toungue   always  ,

Let “”Lord of Rasa swaha  “  protect againd disease of the palate  always.

31, Radhikesaya swaha ithi  kandam pathu sadaa mama,

Om Gopanganesaya  vaksha pathu   sadaa mama

31.Let “Lord of Radha swaha”   always protect  my neck,

Let “Om  lord of  Gopis”    always protect my chest.

32.Om Ganesaya swahetrhi    skandham pathu    sadaa mama,

Nama KIsora  veshaya swaha prushtam  sadaavathu

32.Let “Om Ganesaya swaha”  always protect my five senses

Let “Lord who is like a baby  nama”   protect my back side

33.Udaram pathu may   nithyam  Mukundaya nama  sadaa,

Om hreem kleem  krishnaya swahethi   karou  pathu sadaa  mama.

33.Let my belly   be daily   protected by “Mukundaya  nama”,

And let “Om hreem kleem  Krishnaya sawaha” protect  my hands always.

34.Om Vishnave namo bahu yugma pathu sadaa mama,

Om hreem BHagawthe swaha  nakham   pathu may sadaa

34.Let  “Om Vishnave nama”   protect always both my arms  ,

And let “OM hreem  Bhagawathe swaha”   always protect my nails.

35.Om Namo narayanethi  nakha randram sadavathu  ,

Om Hreem hreem Padmanabhaya   nabhim pathu  sadaa mama.

35. Let “OM Namo Narayana “  always protect  the cavities  in my nails  ,

Let “Om  Hreem hreem padmnanabhaya  “ always  protect  my navel.

36.Om Sarvesaya  swahethi  kankalam  pathu may sadhaa  ,

Om Gopiramanaya   SWaha   nithambham  pathu may sadaa

36. Let “Om all Gods  swaha  “  always protect my  bones  ,

Let “gopiramanaya swaha”  always   protect my  buttocks

37 Om Gopi ramana nadhaya  padhou   pathu sadaa  mama,

Om Hreem  kleem  rasikesaya  swaha  sarbva  sadaavathu

37..Let “Om Lord who is the darling of Gopis  “ always  protect my feet,

Let “Om  hreem, kleem  the god of connoisseurs swaha” protect  me all over.

38.Om Kesavaya  SWahethi  mama kesaan sadaavathu,

Nama  Krishnaya   swahethi   brahmarandram  sadaavathu

38. Let  “Om Kesava swaha”  always  protect my   hair,

Let “Nama Krishnaya swaha”  always protect  the hole on my head.

39.Om Madhavaya  swahethi   may  lomani sadaavathu

Om Hreem sreem Rasikesaya   swahaa   sarva sadaavathu

39.Let “Om Madhava swaha  “ always protect my  hair,

Let  “Om hreem  sreem king of connoisseurs sawaha : always protect every where.

40.Paripoornathama Krishna  prachyaan  maam  sarvadaavathu,

Swayam Golokanadho Maamgneyaam disi rakshathu.

 40.Let Lord Krishna   who is a  complete soul protect  my  eastern side,

Let  the Lord of Goloka himself  aleays protect my south eastern direction,

41.Poorva Brahma swaroopascha   dakshine maam sadavathu  ,

Naruyathyam  pathu  maam Krishne  , Paschime  pathu maam Hari.

41.Let the lOrd who had the form of Brahma   always protect my southern direction,

Let My Krishna  protect muy south west    and let  the west be protected  by Hari.

42.Govinda pathu maam  saswadwayavyam   disi nithyasa ,

Uthare  maam  sadaa pathu   rasikaanaam Siromani

42,Let Govinda  permenantly always daily  protect  my North west,

Let my northern side be always protected by the head jewel by  Connoisseurs ,

43.Iysanyam  maam sadaa  pathu  Vrundavana  vihara kruth,

Vrundavani  -prananadha  pathu   maam oordwa   disath.

43,Let my north west be always be protected by him  who wanders in Vrundavana,

Let the darling of Vrindavana   protect  the side   above me.

44.SAdaiva mamagha   pathu   balihari Mahabala  ,

Jale sthale   cha anthareekshe  nrusimha padhu maam  sadaa.

44,In the worlds below me let that  very strong one who defeated Mahabali protect me,

In water  and in the sky let me   be always protected  by Lord Narasimha

45.Swapne jagarane   chaiva  pathu  maam madhava sadaa ,

SArvantharathma   nirliptha   pathu maam   sarvatho vibhu

45,Let Madhava protect me always   when I am awake or dreaming ,

And let the soul   that is residing in  every one  protect me always, Oh lord.

46.Ithi the kadaitham   vathsa  sarva manthrougha  vigraham,

Trilokya vijayam nama kavacham paramathbutham.

46. This is how it was told   , oh lad, said the   form to which all manthras 

About the very wonderful armour called    victory over the three  worlds.

47.Mayaa   srutham Krishna   vakthrath  pravakthavyam   na kasyachith,

Gurum   abhyarchya   vidhivath   kavacham   dharayeth ya.

48. This , which I have heard  from the  throat of Lord Krishna should not be told ,

Unless  it is properly   learnt from a Guru and without that thae armour should not be worn.

49.Yadhi  syath sidha Kavacho jeevan muktho bavethu sa  ,

Nischitha    kotii varshanam   poojaya   phalamapnuyath.

49.Suppose one gets Sidhi of the armour, not only would he get salvation

But also without head he would get the effect  of worshipping  for  one crore years.

50.Raja sooya   sahasrani  , Vajapeya sathani  cha  ,

Aswamedhayuthanyeva   naramedhayoudhani cha 

51, Mahadhanani  yaanyeva   pradakshinyam   bhuvasthadhaa  ,

Trilokya vijaya  syssya kalaam   narhanthi shodasim,

50-51 Performing thousand Raja sooyasd, one hundred  Vajapeyas,

Aswamedha sacrifice  , Nara medha sacrifice ,

Going around the world , giving  great charity ,

Would  not be equal to chanting  Trilokya vijaya   sixteen times.

52.Vrutho upaavasa  niyamam swadhyadhyayanam   thapa ,

Snanam   cha   sarva theertheeshu   naasyaarhanthiu  kalamapi

52, The chanting of the armour    would be much more greater ,

Than  performing penance, starving  according to rules  and onself learning Vedas.

53.Sidhathwam amarathwam   cha   dasathwam sri Harer  api,

Syadhi  syathsidha kavacha  sarva  prapnothi  nischitham,.

53.Even  getting power  or  position of Deva or position of servent of Hari,

Would be less effective   than  chanting of the armour  ,

AS definitely    you would   achieve  all that you want.

54.Idham  Kavacha majnathwa bhajeth  Krishnam sumandadhi,

Kptikalpam  prajaptho aapi  manthra  sidhi dhayaka

54.If this armour is chanted   without understanding and is used  to worship Krishna,

In a very slow manner  , even one crore repetition   will not give you mastery of the  Manthra.

55.Rajyam   dheyam  , siro dheyam , prana deyascha  puthraka ,

Evam bhootham   cha kavacham  na dheyam prana sankate.

55.The Son may perhaps  give  kingdom   , his head or even his soul  ,

But he would not give up  his past   or this armour when he is in great trouble.

Ithi   sri Brahma vaivarthe  maha purane   tritheeye  Ganapathi Khande ,

Narada  -Narayana  samvadhe  Parasuramaya   Sri Krishna Kavacham

This is the armour of Krishna   by Parasurama  occurring in the discussion ,

Between Narada  and Narayana  in the  third book of Ganapathi  ,

Which  occurs in Brahma  Vaivartha  Maha Purana.

Lord Shiva tells:-

1.Omkara roopini  devi   Vishudha    sathva roopini  ,

Devanaam Janani   , thwam hi   prasanna   Bhava ,sundari.

Oh pretty goddess    who has the form of “Om”  .

Who   has the    very  pure   form   being  ,

And who is the mother of devas , please become pleased with me.

2.THanmathram  chaiva  bhoothani  thava vaksha sthalam   smrutham,

Thwameva    Veda gamya   thu, prasanna bhava  , Sundari.

Oh pretty Goddess   the subtle   elements only  remind me  of   your chest,

And you  can be only approached   through Vedas, please become pleased with me.

3.Deva Dhanava Gandharva , Yaksha   Rakshasa  Kinnara ,

Sthooyase thwam  sadaa Lakshmi  , prasanna bhava  , Sundari

Oh pretty one, Always  Devas , Asuras  , Gandharwas  , Yakshas  , Rakshasas and Kinnaras,

Keep praying   you , Oh Goddess  Lakshmi  , please become pleased with me.

4.Lokaatheethaa  daivathatheethaa   samastha bhootha  veshtithaa,

Vidwat jana  keerthithaa cha  , Prasanna bhava  , Sundari.

Oh pretty one  , you are beyond te worlds, beyond Gods  and covered   with all beings,

You   are   being    sung about  by great scholars  , please become pleased with me.

5. Paripoornaa , sadaa Lakshmi  , traathri   thu saranathishu  ,

Viswaadhyaa  , viswakarthri  cha prasanna  bhava ,  sundari.

Oh Pretty one  , who is complete  . who is always  wealthy , who defends  those who seek her protection,

You are  primeval  of the universe , you are the creator  of the universe , please become pleased with me.

6.Brahma roopaa  cha Savithri   thwat deepthyaa  bhasathe Jagath  ,

Viswaroopa varenya  cha  prasanna   bhava  , Sundari.

Oh Pretty one , you have the form of Brahma  and the sun   and the world shines  because of you  ,

You are the form of the universe  , you are the chosen one, please  become pleased with me.

7.Kshithy ap thejo marud vyoma  pancha bhoota   roopini  ,

Bbhandhaadhe   karanam   tthwam hi  pranna bhava  , Sundari.

Oh pretty one, The earth, the water  , the fire , the wind  and the sky  , which are  the five elements are   your form,

And you are    the reason  for the properties  of these elements  , please  become pleased   with me.

8.Mahesa thwam  Hemavathi   Kamala  Kesavopi   cha,

Brahmana   preyasi thwam   hi  prasanna  BHava   Sundari.

Oh  pretty one  , you are the golden lady  of  Lord  Shiva  , Goddess  Lakshmi of Kesava,

And you are   the darling   of    Lord Brahma  , please become pleased with me.

9.Chandi, Durga, Kalika   cha Kaushiki  , Sidhi roopini,’

 Yogini  , Yoga gamya    cha prasannaa  BHava   Sundari.

Oh pretty one  , You are the killer of Chanda, the black one  , the unifier , the form of occult powers,

The one who does Yoga , One whom Yogis seek , please  become   pleased with me.

10.Balye    cha Balika   thwam   hi youvane  , yuvatheethi   cha,

Sthavire   vrudha roopa   cha  Prasanna   Bhava   Sundari.

Oh pretty one , In child hood you are  a girl  , In youth you are the lass,

And at old age you are  a old woman  , please  become pleased with me.

11.Gunamayee  , gunatheethaa  , aadhya Vidhyaa  sanathani,

Mahad thathwa  vaadhi samyuktha, prasanna bhava, Sundari

Oh pretty one, who has good qualities , who is above   good qualities  , who is the primeval knowledge,

Who is   ancient   and who  is unified with   great principles  , please become   pleased with me.

12.THapasvini  , thapa sidhi   swarga sidhishta athadhishu  ,

Chinmayi   prakruthisthvam   thu  prasanna bhava, Sundari.

Oh pretty one  ,  who is a sage  , who makes penance effective  , who grants us heaven and wealth,

Who has divinely pure thought  , you are nature  , please become pleased  with me  .

 13.Thvam   aadhir jagathaam   devi  , thwameva   sthithi karanam,

Thwam anthe  nidhanasthanam  swechaa chaaraa   thwam eva hi.

You   the   beginning of the world  , You are the cause  of its upkeep,

And at the end you are  the place if its destruction  ,And you are one who moves  as you please.

14.Characharaanaam  bhoothaanaam    bahir   antha sthwameva  

Vyapyaa avyaka roopena   thwam bhasi   bhaktha  vathsale .

You are inside and outside   of  all moving and not moving  beings 

You are spread  and you have individual form  ,   you shine, Oh goddess   who loves her   devotees.

15,THwam Maayayaa hrutha ajnaana   nashtathmano   vichethasaa  ,

Gathagatham   prapadyanthe    papa punya   vasatha   sadaa

It is due to your illusion that  beings become ignorant and unconscious  ,

And keep on traveling    to and fro   due to sin and  blessed deeds.

16.THvath sathyam  Jagatbhathi  sukthika rajatham   yadhaa,

Yavanna    jnayathe   jnanam   chethasaa   naanva gamini.

Jut like the world which  appears   to be truth    and  worthless  thing  appearing like silver    

Is   understood to be a mere   illusion when we    understand your form.

17.Thwad jnathu   sadaa yukthaa   puthra dhara   grahaadhishu  ,

Ramanthe   vishayaan   sarvaaaananthe   dukha pradaan druvam.

He who knows    you  and  is always  interested in   enjoying  pleasures   out  of,

Son, wife , home and others  , would   only  experience sorrow   at the end of everything.

18. Thwad aajnayaa   thy devesi   , gagane    soorya mandalam,

Chandrascha   bramathe nithyam  , prasanna bhava  Sundari.

Oh pretty one  , Due to your order  , oh queen of    the devas , The sun,

The moon and the planets  move around the sky daily  , please become pleased with me.

19. Brahmesa Vishnu Janani , Brahmaakhyaa   Brahma samasrayaa  ,

Vyaktha avyaktha   cha  devesi, Prasanna bhava  Sundari.

Oh pretty one , you are the mother of Brahma  , Vishnu   and Shiva, you order the Brahma  ,

You Make Brahma act   and oh queen of devas , you are clear   as well as not clear  , please   become pleased with me.

20.Achalaa   sarvagaa  thwam hi   , mayyatheethaa  maheswari  ,

Shivaathmaa   saswathaa   nithyaa  , prasanna    bhava   Sundari.

Oh pretty one,You are stable   and you are everywhere, you are above illusion , you are the greatest goddess,

You are soul of Shiva  , you are  permanent , you are  forever  , please become  pleased with me.

21.SArva kaya  niyanthri cha Sarva bhootheswari.

Ananthaa  nishkalaa   thwam hi   prasanna bhava, Sundari.

Oh pretty one , who controls bodies of all beings  , Who is     the goddess   of all beings,

You are the  endless one  , You are stainless one  , please become pleased   with me.

22.SArveswari  , SArva vandhyaa  , Achithya  , Paramaathmika  ,

BUkthi mukthi pradhaa   thwam  hi  Prasanna  bhava   Sundari.

Oh pretty one   who is goddess  of all  , who is saluted by all  ,who is above thought  ,

Who is the divine soul, who grants   wealth and salvation  , please become pleased with me.

23.Brahmani  Brahma loke   thwam Vaikunte   SArva mangala  ,

Indrani   amaraavathaam ambika   varunalaye.

You are Brahmani in land of Brahma  , You are   the giver of auspiciousness  in Vaikunta  ,

You are Indrani  in Amaravathi  and in land of Varuna    you are Ambika.

24.Yamalaye  Kaala roopa  , Khubera bhavane   Shubhaa,

Vimalaa thwam   cha Srikshethre  , Prasanna Bhava    Sundari

Oh Pretty one  on the bridge to Lanka you   are  Goddess   of Rama  , In Lanka island you are bewitcher  of devas,

In the land of Goddess  Lakshmi    she   is Vimala  , Please become  pleased with me.

28. Kalikaa thwam  Kalighate  , Kamakhya   Neela parvathe  ,

Virajaa   oudra dese   thwam prasanna bhava  Sundari.

Oh pretty one, In the  Kalighat you are Kalika  and in Gauhathi(blue  mountain), you are Kamakhyaa,

In the Oudra desa    you are Viraajaa , please become   pleased    with me  .

29.Varanasyam Annapurna  , Ayodhyaam Maheswari  ,

Gayasuri  Gaya dhamni  , Prasanna Bhava  Sundari.

Oh pretty one  , you are Annapurni  in Benares , you are Maheswari  in Ayodhya  ,

You are Gayasuri in the resting place of Gaya  , please become pleased with me.

30. Bhadrakali  Kuru kshethre  , kathyayani  Vruje  ,

Mahamaya Dwarakaayaam  , Prasanna  Bhava  Sundari.

Oh pretty one, you are Bhadra Kali  in Kurukshethra, In Vruja desa    you are  Kathyayani,

In Dwaraka   you are Mahamaya  , please become pleased  with me  .

31.Kshudhaa thwam sarva jeevaanaam  , vela cha sagarasya  hi,

Maheswari Madhuraayaam   cha prasanna  bhava  Sundari.

Oh pretty one  , you are   hunger in all beings  , you are the tide   of the sea,

In Mathura   you are the greatest goddess  , please become pleased with me  .

32.Ramasya Janaki thwam   cha Shivasya  Mana Mohini,

Dakshasya  duhithaa   chaiva   prasanna bhava  Sundari.

Oh pretty one  ,You are  Sita of Rama,  You are bewitcher   of the mind of  Lord Shiva,

You are the daughter  of Daksha, please become pleased with me.

33.Vishnu Bhakthi pradhaam   thwam  cha Kamsasura  vinasini,

Ravana naasinaam chaiva  , prasanna bhava  Sundari  ,

Oh pretty one , you are the one who gives devotion to Vishnu, you are the  one who destroyed Kamsasura,

You are    the destroyer of Ravana  , please become pleased by me.

34.Lakshmi stotram idham punyam   padeth  Bhakthi samyutha  ,

Sarva jwara bhayam   nasyedh , sarva vyadhi nivaaranam

If this auspicious prayer   addressed to Lakshmi    is read with devotion,

Fear for all fevers would be destroyed   and  it will cure  all diseases.

35.Idham  sthothram Maha  punyam   aapad  udhara  karanam,

Trisandhyameka sandhyaam  vaa ya padeth   sathatham nara  .

36.Muchyathe   sarva paapebhyo   thadhaa   thu sarva sankataan,

Muchyathe   nathra   sandeho   bhuvi  swarge   rasathale.

This  prayer  which is  greatly auspicious   is the cause for lifting  us from dangers,

If read by man   either  at dawn noon or dusk  or one of these times  always.

It  would save you from all sins   and also   from all   sort of sorrows,

He would definitely   without doubt be saved   either in earth , heaven  and Patala.

37.Samastham  cha thadha chaikam   ya   padeth   bhakthi thathpara  ,

SA   sarva dushkaram   theerthwaa   labhathe   paramam gathim.

He who reads the entire    prayer   or at least one stanza   of prayer with devotion  ,

All his   difficulties      would be solved and in the end he would get salvation.

38.Sukhadham mokshadham stotram   ya  padeth Bhakthi samyuktha  ,

Sa thu  koti theertha phalam   prapnothi nathra     samsaya.

He who reads this pleasure gving stotra which also leads him to salvation.

Would  without any doubt get    the effect of taking bath in a crore sacred waters.

39.Yekaa devi Kamala   yasmin    santhushtaa    bhaved sadaa  ,

THasyaad   asadhyam na devesi  naasthi   kinchid jagathraye.

To him , on whom this one Goddess Kamala    is  pleased ,

Due to her   blessings would not find anything impossible to do in the world.

40.Padanath   api   stotrasya    kim na sidhyathi     bhoothale  ,

THasmad   stotra varam   proktham  sathyam hi Parvathi.

Hey Parvathi  , there is nothing impossible for a man who reads this prayer,

And that is why I told you about  this   greatest prayer, this is the truth.

Om For the armour of the four lettered lady of Lord Vishnu  ,

The saint is God Shiva  , The meter is  Anushtup  ,

She who provides speech is Goddess, The root is  the power of speech,

The power is shyness  , Goddess Lakshmi is the nail ,

The armour is the root power    of   passion

And this is being chanted   for getting pleasure  ,   wisdom   and prosperity.

Oshat adharo   Dantha pankthou  thalu moole   hanou puna ,

3.Pathu maam Vishnu vanithaa  Lakshmi Sri varna  roopini,

Karna   yugme   buja dwandhe   sthana dwandhe   cha Parvathi.

Let my toungue, round of face  , ears  ,  joints of teeth  ,

Lips  ,   the    teeth  , palate    as well as jaw  ,

Be protected  by Lakshmi   the  lady  of Lord Vishnu  who is the colour of wealth

The two ears  , two hands   as well as  two breasts  be protected  by Parvathi.

4.Hrudhaye   , mani bhandhe  cha grevaayaam   parsvayor  dhvayo,

Prushta dese   thadhaa guhye   vame cha dakshine thadhaa ,

5.Upasthe cha nithambe  cha  Nabhou   Janga dwaye puna  ,

Januchakre , Pada dwandhe   ghutike   anguli moolake  ,

6.Swadhaa   thu   prana shakthyaam    vaa   seemaanyaam  masthake  thadhaa,

SArvaange   pathu  Kamessi  maha devi samunnathi

4-6.Let my heart , wrists   neck  , both my sides  ,

Back  , private  parts   , right   as well as  left  ,

Penis  ,  buttocks  belly , two thighs  , the knee joints,

The two legs  , the orifices  , the joints of fingers ,

The comfort, the power of soul , the other limits  and the head

Be all protected by wife of Lord Shiva  , the greatest goddess  who is on the top.

7.Pushti pathu  mahaa maya    uthkushti   sarvadhaa aavathu.

Rudhi pathu  sadaa devi   sarvathra   shambhu vallabha.

Let the great enchantress  look after my health   and she  who is on the top protect me always ,

Let the Goddess protect me when I am angry   and let  consort of Shiva  protect me  always.

8.Vaaghbhavaa  sarvadhaa pathu  , pathu maam hara gehini,

Ramaa pathu  Mahadevi    , pathu  maayaa  swaraat swayam.

Let Goddess of speech protect me always  Let me protected  the consort of Shiva 

Let me protected by  Lakshmi  , Let great  goddess protect me  who is the empress of illusion.

9.SArvange pathu maam Lakshmi  , Vishnu Maya , Sureswari ,

Vijaya pathu Bhavane   Jayaa  pathu sadaa  mamam,

Let my organs be protected  by Lakshmi  , The Vishnu Mayaa and Goddess  of devas,

Let Vijaya   protect my house , Let Jayaa  always protect me.

10.Sivadhoothi sadaa  Pathu  , Sundari Pathu Sarvadaa,

Bhairavi pathu sarvathra  , Bherundaa   sarvadaa  Aavathu.

Let Sivadoothi protect me always  , Let Sundari protect me at all times,

Let Bhairavai  protect me all over and let the terrible one protect me for ever.

11.THwarithaa pathu maam  nithyam   , ugratharaa sadaavathu,

Pathu maam Kaliika nithyam  , Kalarathri  sadaavathu.

Let her with great speed   protect me daily  , let  the angry star  protect me always,

Let Kalika protect me daily , let the great darkness  protect me always.

12.Nava Durgaa sadaa  pathu  , Kamakhyaa sarvadaavathu,

Yoginya sarvadaa  pathu , mudraa   Pathu sadaa  mama.

Let the nine Durgas   protect me always  , Let Kamakhya protect  me  always,

Let Yogini protect me  at all times , let Mudraa   protect me  always.

13.Mathraa  Pathu sadaa  , devyaschakrashthaa    yogini ganaa  ,

SArvathra   SArva Karyeshu   sarva karmasu   SArvadhaa,

Pathu   Deva Devi cha Lakshmi   sarva samrudhithaa.

13. Let mother protect me always  . Let the consort of he holds the wheel  .

Along   with her yoginis   protect   everywhere , in all actions  , in all hobs   and always,

Oh  Goddess of   devas  who is goddess  Lakshmi   who gives all types of wealth.

Sankha chakra   Gadha padma dharinam  vana malinam,

Shyamalam, Santha hrudayam , prasanna  vadanam shubham,

Divya chandana  lipthangam   charuhasam  suveekshanam  ,

Vanamala  parivrutham Naradadhibhir architham,

That Vasudeva  lying on Anantha  shining like a sun, who has  four hands  ,

Who holds conch, wheel mace   and lotus  flower , Who wears   forest garland,

Who is black , who has a peaceful mind , Who has  an auspicious  pleasant face ,

Who is anointed with divine   sandal paste, who has a pretty smile, who looks at you nicely ,

Who is surrounded by forest garlands, Who is  worshipped by sage Narada  and others,

Suvarna kanganai deeptham , kinkini bhi virajitham,

Keyura harinam   devam suvarna makutojwalam ,

Aneka rathna sanchanna sphuran makara  kundalam ,

Dwaja  Vajrangusa   dharam  pada  padma  sushobitham,

That pada  pankajath   gangam pravahanthim  swamoordhni,

Chinthaye  brahma   randhrena pravisanthim  swakam thanum,

THaya samkshalaye  deham bahyamabhyantharam malam,

Anthar bahirschs sudhyarthambahyam abhyantharani cha.

Who shines wearing golden bangles, who also shines due to the bells  ,

Who is the  God  with   the crown and garland, which makes his head shine ,

Who wears the fish like ear globes  made   of several shining gems,

Who carries the  flag  and a diamond goad  and  has a  shining  lotus like feet.

And from his lotus feet flows the  river Ganga from where it commences  itself  ,

Flowing  of  the aperture in the crown of Brahma   it takes  its own path.

I am sprinkling her water  on my body which is  filled with dirt inside and outside

With an aim  of cleaning inside and outside of my body, I use it  outside and inside.

The Ida Nadi is  Ganga  brought by Bageeratha , Pingala  nadi  is Yamuna,

And Sushmna nadi    which  goes in between them is  the Saraswathi ,

IN the mind meditates  dirts like  desire and hatred  about in the water  of wisdom,

And he   who is able to take bath  in that  mind would attain  the ultimate  goal.

Idham mansika snanam   proktham hariharadhibhi,

SArdha trikoti theertheshu  snanath   koti gunadhikam,

Yo nithyamachara  devam   savai narayana  smrutha  ,

Kala mruthyurathikramya  jeevathyeva na samsaya.

Benefits

This mental bath   which is addressed to Lord  Vishnu  and Lord Shiva ,

Grants more benefits than bathing   in   half of three  crores  sacred waters,

Those   who practice  it daily    and then meditate  on Narayana,

Would outlive time and death and without doubt live

Who lives in   the auspicious temple   which assures safety from great dangers,

And which is unprotected, honoured and holds   the sun with twelve souls in its lotus like heart
