Punya sloko  Cha  Vaidehi, Punya  Sloko  Janardhana

 

Holy  prayers  to king Nala , holy  prayers  to Yudhishtra

Holy prayers  to  Sita  , Holy prayers to  the  protector of  people

 

Karkotakasya  nagasya, Dhamayathyaa Nalasya  Cha

Rithupoornasya  Rajarshe, keerthanam  kali  nasanam

 

About  the serpent  Karkotaka , About  Nala  and Dhamayanthi

And about  royal sage  Rithupurna , if you sing , sufferings will end

 

(Serpent  Karkotaka advised Nala  to work under  king Rithuparna  of Kasi to get rid of his problems)

 

Aswathama  Balirvyaso, Hamumamscha  Vibheeshana

Kripa  Parasuramascha sapthaithe  chiranjeevina

 

Aswasthama , Maha Bali , sage vyasam Hanuman, Vibheeshana

Kripascharya and Parsurama , these are one who live forever

 

Prahladha , Narada, Parasara, Pundareeka

Vyasa Ambareesha, Shuka , saunaka, Bheeshma , Dalbhyaan

Rukmangadha  Arjuna Vasishta  vibheeshanadheen

Punyaanimaan parama  bhagawathan  smarami

 

Prahladha , Naradha  , Parasara , Pundareeka

Vyasa , Ambareesha , Shuka , Saunaka, Bheeshma , Dalbhya

Rukmangadha , Arjuna , Vasishta  , Vibheeshana

Are  all greatly blessed and I think of these  great  godly  people

 

Bali, Vibheeshanno, Bheeshma, Prahladho, Narado Dhruv

Shadaithe Vaishnaa prokthaa smaranam  papa  nasanam

 

Mahabali , Vibheeshana , Prahladhaa , Narada , Dhruva

Are  the  six great  Vishnu  devotes and  thinking about them destroys  all sins

 

Dharmo vivardhathi Yudhishtra Keerthanena

Papam pranasyathi Vrokadhara  keerthanena

Shathru  vinasyathi Dhananjaya  keerthanena

Maadhri sutho kadhayathaam na  bhavanthi roga

 

By singing about  Yudhishtra  Dharma  will increase

Singing  of Bheema   the  sins will  be destroyed

Singing about  Arjuna , our enemies  will be destroyed

If you say  names of sons of Madhri(Nakula and Sahadeva)  disease  would be cured
