1,காமகோடி பீடவாஸிகாமிதார்த்த தாயகம்
த்யாகசீலமானஸம் க்ருபாதரங்கிதேக்ஷணம்
தண்டதாரிஸத்கரம் விபூதிபூஷ ஃபாலகம்
சந்த்ரசேகரேந்த்ர பூஜ்யபாதமாச்ரிதோஸ்ம்யஹம்.

Kama kotri  peeda  vasi , kamithartha  dayakam,

Thyaga  seela  manasam , Krupa tharangithe kshanam,

Danda  dharu  sath karam , Vibhuthi  bhoosha  palakam

Chabdrashekara  poojya pada masrithosmyam

I surrender  the  worshipful feet  of Chandra  Shekara,

Who lived in Kama Koti peetam , Who gave  all prosperity  that was desired,

Who has a mind  of the nature  of sacrifice. Who became a wave of mercy in a  second,

Whose   great  hand held a  staff and who was   the protector   who had applied   sacred ash.

2.ஸ்நேஹபூரபாஸுரம் ஸுநிஷ்டயா ஸுகோபிதம்
நிஷ்களங்க பூர்ணசந்த்ர ஸாந்த்ரமானஸம் சிவம்
ஸநாதநாதிபிஸ்ஸதா ஜகத்தமோவிநாசனம்
ஞானரூபசங்கர ப்ரதீபகம் லஸத்யஹோ.

Sneha  poora  bhasuram , sunishtaya   sugobitham,

Nishkalanka poorna Chandra saandhra  manasam Shivam,

Sanathanaadhi  bissadhaa  jagath   thamo  vinasanam,

Jnana  sankara  pradheepakam  lasathya ho .

He was shining   filled with love. He was  well protected  by good rituals,

He was Siva   with a mind  which was    filled  with  luster  of stainless   fullmoon,

He was   alwaus beginningless   and   destroyed  the evils of the world,

And he represented the wisdom  sankara   and his great  luster .

3.கேரளோத்பவச்சரீ ஸமஸ்ததேசஸோசிகா
க்‌ஷீணவேதசாஸ்த்ரபோஷணாய ஸுஸ்ரவா ஸுதா
ஷண்மதப்ரதிஷ்டபாஸுதர்ம ஸஸ்யவர்த்தினீ
காமகோடிஸங்கம ப்ரவாஹினீ ஸரஸ்வதீ.

Kerlaothbhavan charee   samastha  desa   sochikaa ,

Ksheena   veda  sasthra poshanaaya   susarvaa   sudhaa,

Shanmatha  prathishtapa   sudharma  sasya  vardhani,

Kama  koti sangama  pravaahinee   Saraswathi.

Born in Kerala , he moved  through  the  entire country  with a glow,

Nurturing  the  weakened  Vedas  and Sastras , like the well known nectar ,

He established   the   six branches  of religion harvesting  good dharma   from those plants,

And this  Kamakotui saraswathi   was a flow   from him.

4,அஷ்டஸித்திதாயகம் ஸுத்ருஷ்டிபாதரச்மிநா
ஆர்த்ரதர்சனம் ஸமஸ்ததுக்கநாசி விக்ரஹம்
அக்ஷமாலயா விபூஷிதாங்ககம் சிவம் முனிம்
ஆநதோஸ்மி நித்யநௌஜ ஸௌக்யதம் ஸுசங்கரம்.

Ashta  sidhi dhayakam sudrushti  patha  rasminaa  ,

Ardhra   darsanam  , samastha  dukha  naasi   vigraham,

Aksha  maalayaa   vibhooshithangakam   Shivam  Munim,

Aanthosmi   nithya  naija  soukhyadham  susankaram.

He was one who could give eight  occult powers  by making the rays  of  his vision fall,

He had a form which would destroy   all sirrows   as soon as  he saw a  sufferer,

He was a  sage who was Siva, holding  chain of beads  and wearing  sacred ash,

And he was  the great  SAnkara who rowed  the daily boat   to pleasant life

5.மந்த்ரராஜபூஜகம் ஜயேந்தரபூஜிதாங்க்ரிகம்
வேதவித்வரேண்ய பண்டிதாக்ர்ய வந்திதம் குரும்
மன்மநோந்தகாரஹாரி ஸத்க்ருபா நிரீக்ஷணம்
ஞானபுத்தி பக்திமுக்திதாயகம் நமாம்யஹம்.

Manthra   raja  poojakam  Jayendra poojithangrikam,

Vedavithvarenya pandithgraya vanditham  Gurum,

Man  mano andhakara  haari sath krupaa  nireekshanam,

Jnana  budhi  bhakthi mukthi dayakam Namayagam.

He who was   worshipped by the  king of  chants by  Jayendra ,

He was  the Guru who was saluted   by great scholars who were  experts in Vedas ,

He was  the one who destroys   the darkness  of my mind  by  looking at me    with mercy,

And he is the one who gives wisdom , intelligence and salvation  and  I salute him.

காஞ்சீபுரசோபிதோபி ஜனகல்யாணாய ஸர்வஸ்திதம்
ஆம்னாயாகம சாஸ்த்ரபோஷணதுரம் த்ருக் கோசரம் சங்கரம்
பூஜாதத்பர,ஸாதுசிஷ்ட ஜந்தாசார்யம் குரூணாம் குரும்
ஸ்தோதும் ஸத்க்ருதிமானஹம் ச ஸுமனா-ஹ்யேவம் ஸம்ப்யர்ச்சதி.

Kanchipura   sobhithopi   jana  kalyaanayaa  sarva sthitham,

Aamnaaya   agama  sasthra  poshana dhuram    drug gocharam  sankaram,

Poojaa  thathpara sadhu sishta janthaacharyam   guroonaam gurum,

Sthothum  sath kruthi man aham   sumanaa hyevam   samabhyayarchathi

Though   shining in Kanchipuram he caused welfare  of the   people everywhere,

He  was  involved in nurturing  of Agama  and Sastras  which were  handed down, He was  the Sankara  who was  visible to the eye,

He was involved  in worship and also  teacher  of all beings who were  disciplined and good , He was the   guru of Gurus,

I am praying   that  saint with good acts with a good mind  , and worship him  going near to him.
