1.Pala vattam vannu  jnaan ninde  munnil

Parayuvaan  yere  kadhanavum  aayi

Parayuvaan marannu  poyende  Krishnaa

Paal nilaavoli  thookum Vadanam Kaanke

 

Several times  , I have  come  before you

To tell several things  , with a heavy  heart

But  Oh Krishna , I  forgot  to tell

When I saw your face which emits milk like  moon light

 

2, Ini  yenthu cheyyendu  yende  Kannaa

Ini  yennu  chollendu  yende  thapam

Iniyum  nee  mayakal  Kaattedukil

Iniyum  valanju  pokille jnaanum

 

My Krishna , what  should  I do now

When shall I tell  my  pain

If You still show   your illusions

Would I not  still  get  into  problems

 

3.Ariyumo Kanna  , nee  yende ullam

Ariyumo  Krishnaa , nee yende  Dukham

Anjali  kooppi  vanangidunnu

Abhayam  yekeedene  Yadhu  Nandanaa

 

Do  you know  Krishna  , about my mind

Do you know  Krishnaa  , my sorrow

With  folded  hands  I am saluting  you

Oh son of Yadhu dynasty  , Please  give  me protection

 

4.Japa  maalaa  yende kayyil  illaa Kannaa

Japa  manthrangal   naalanju  varikal chollaam

Jani mruthi dukhangal  theethidene

Janma  sayujyam  nalkeedene

 

Oh Krishna  , I do not have  in my hand chain of beads

I will chant  four or five  Manthras  of Chanting

Please put an end to sorrows  of birth and death

Please give with  this birth  , union  with you
