Akhilanda  kotikalkkum  aadhaaram,

Sri Bhoothesan avatharamai

Became incarnation, incarnation ,

The supporter   of crores  in all universes,

The Lord of Bhoothas  became  an incarnation

Charu kireetamagram churunda kaar koonthal nalla,

Sarasa dala   sama kaaranya   nethrangalum,

Naasika  thellum  nalla meena lochanangalum,

Bhasura   darpanam  pol  minnunna  kandathodum

The curly  black hair at the end of the pretty crown,

The mercy eyes   similar  to the petals  of lotus,

Small nose , and good   eyes resembling the fish,

And the neck shining like  the lustrous  mirror

Muttilum kavinjullorettu  trukaikalodum,

Ashta  naga  phanathil, ashta   rathnangal poale,

SAnkhum, chakram, chapam  velum , choorika  banam,

Gadgavum charmam yenni yettu aayudhangalodum

With  eight   divine hands   extending     from the hand joint,

Resembling   the eight   gems   on the eight hoods of the serpent,

Holding conch, Chakra , bow,  trident  , knife  and the arrow

AS well as the sword and leateher which are  his eight weapons

Vitharamaarnna thirumaarathil muthu maala,

Rathna malayum vana  malayum kausthubha sri,

Nila  pooncholayodum neelamaam varnathodum,

Kalakalaathmajanum poorna youvanothe 

Wearing in his  divine   broad chest, pearl  necklace,

Rathna necklace, forest  necklace and kausthubha,

With blue   flower garden and with   blue  colour,

The son of Lord Shiva with his   complete  youth
