Mohini than omana  Balakan alle,

Mamalayil irikkunna  Manikhyam alle,

Mamunimar kai  thozhunna mathi mukhanalle

Inbamodu  pandalathil  valarnnavanalle

Is he not the daling child of MOhini,

Is he not the cosly gem sitting on the bog mountain,

Is he not the  moon faced  one saluted  by great sages,

Is he not one  who grew up   with joy in pandalam

Mahishiyude  saapam theertha devan neeyalle,

Kaliyugathin kan kanda   deivam neeyalle,

Ambumai  puli purathu vannavanalle  ,

Ammayude thapam theertha pon makanalle,

Is he not the god   who ended  the curse to Mahishi,

Is he not the god    who was seen by eyes  in Kali age,

Is he not the one  who came with a bow on the tiger,

Is he not the golden son  who put an end to the pain of mother,

Manamurugi  villkkumbol  varuvanalle,

Manju poale kulir tharunna komalanalle,

Lokamaake niranjirikkum chaithanyamalle,

LOka pala, shiva bala, kaniyukayille

Is he not the one who comes  when you call him with melted  mind,

Is he not the pretty one who grants cold like a   snow,

Is he not the power that is filled up though out the world,

Oh ruler of the world, son of shiva, would you not become kind
